Perfect for inexpensive casual tennis shoes
I am hard on tennis shoes, so I buy the less expensive shoes, preferably ones I can wash. I had a pair that had seen better days, but I like them so I gave these inserts a try. I don't ever wear socks, and I have neuropathy, so I need some cushion. I thought at this price point, they can't be much (I had never purchased the peel off kind). Easy to cut and size. The insoles in these old shoes do not come out, they don't really provide any cushion and are kinda squished. I put these right on top. Very comfortable and they are not too thick so the shoes still fit. I was busy and didn't change my shoes to a "walking shoe" and ended up walking 3 miles in that old pair of shoes. My feet felt great with these in my shoes. Pretty impressed with this product, as I wasn't expecting much. I have pulled out the insoles in some other shoes and slipped these in them. Very comfortable in all the pairs. I can't speak to durability yet, but at this price, I will be happy to buy another pair. Since I don't wear socks ever, but all my shoes I tried these in still fit perfect.

Love that cushion
Firs off, let me say, I suffer with a large callous on the heel of my right foot. I have went to podiatrist and asked them to remove it, and he took out what appeared to be a hard core like the corn one would get on the top of a toe. I was told to soak my feet daily for 20 minutes with Epsom salts, and use an Neosporin, which absolutely did not work! After still enduring so much pain I had to tippy toe everywhere I went , I finally spent a half hour digging this thing out by myself. Then soaking my feet and using a pumice stone with every bath or shower. Eventually I bought these doctor scholls cushions. And Bam! RELIEF. This product is so comfortable. It’s like walking on air. The down size was trying to cut them to properly fit the manufacturer insole of all my shoes. It was very difficult for me because I suffer with arthritis. I tried a scissor, a box blade, and nothing worked perfectly. That aside, I managed to do a poor job, but even after a poorly fit insole. These things solved my problem of pressure on my feet and eliminated the callous and corn issues. I still soak and pumiced, but don’t expect to see the podiatrist any time soon. And unfortunately I will not be wearing sandals this summer because it would be impossible to shape them for a petite shoe. Overall I love them. They go in my shoes and sneakers. Thanks for making such a nice soft insole for my New York City sidewalks. I highly recommend them.

Very Good
The insoles are soft and comfortable. Reading some of the reviews one women wrote the insoles were much to long. All you have to do is cut them, with all insoles.

Good Cushioning
Dr Scholls are a good old standby cushioning pads...nothing fancy, but good and inexpensive. I have bought a lot of different insoles. I like these the best. They don't stick to the feet, make them hot, and they aren't too firm. They stay put and don't come out when taking shoes off. I didn't know they had the double cushioning ones available until I bought these. You trim them with scissors to fit. I wear a size 10 medium width women's shoe. I cut about 2" of the length. Only the length needed trimming. This little insole does a great job of adding cushioning. The double thick ones provide real comfort to the feet. I bought these and the thinner ones. The thinner ones add some comfort and are great for using in shoes that are a little to big. They help them fit better. These are also good to use if one leg is a little shorter than the other. I have put the cushion in just one shoe to balance my leg length. I have also used one thicker one and one thinner one to balance my legs out. I find they are not attractive in open toed sandals. I tried it in the sandals and would have worn them, even though they didn't look so good, but my feet slide forward in the open sandals and that forward slide felt uncomfortable.

Thin and cheap if that's what you want
I had to replace some insoles that I had more than embedded my toe impressions in. These are very flat thin insoles. No added arch so that can be good if your shoes have a permanent arch. If you do a ton of walking, you'll wear through these. Easy to cut to size. Very little cushion.

Super Comfortable
There are two to a pack, ignore the people that couldn’t figure out to pull them apart. I got both the pillo (thin) and double pillo (thick) versions. The double pillo version gives significantly more cushion to my step, but not all shoes have enough height in their toe box to allow for them. The regular pillo version does help as much as it can for how thin it is. I put these directly on top of my existing shoe insoles. I did not take out the existing insoles of my shoes to replace them with these; I don’t think that would be a good idea since these do not provide any structure and aren’t at all stiff. The only downside to these are that they do get torn up eventually; they aren’t made to last. But they’re so cheap and comfortable that I don’t mind. For reference, my shoe size is mens 12-13, depending on the brand. For Nike Air Force 1s and Converse All Stars, there is enough height in the toe box to use the double pillo version. For Air Jordans, sadly not enough room for the double pillo, but the regular pillo works fine.

Inexpensive walking shoe refresh!
These sure beat having to buy another pair of ($70.) shoes, and they also made them much more comfortable than the insoles that came with them originally. If you still have your old insoles, it will make cutting these to fit 100 times easier. My original ones were glued in place, I took a plastic scraper and took my time carefully removing them to use as a template. It took a while, but I got them out cleanly. The 1st one I cut using my old insoles was about ¼ to short and a ¼ to narrow on the instep. I corrected that before cutting the 2nd one and it came out perfect. Hopefully that helps someone before they actually make their cuts if they see this. I've been using these for about 6 months, 3 miles a day and they are holding up nicely. I think they will last about 2 years total before needing to be replaced.

Basically Decent
Purchased to make husband’s boots a little more snug. They did the job, but they are not as soothing to the feet as the gel pads. The gel pads would have been too thick for the boots these were purchased for though. Bottom line, they do what we needed them to do. I think the name Air-Pillo is a bit of a stretch as they are much too thin to meet that kind of claim, so I can’t give them the coveted 5 star rating. 4 stars might be a tad bit generous, but I’m nice like that … so, 4 stars it is.

Useless product
Basically it doesn’t give a proper cushioning. It went flat the moment you step on it. IMO not worth buying
