This is an amazing feeling and cutting knife…it is seriously sharp…feels balanced in hand and is amazing quality…

Sharp. And sharp looking
Holy wow. Sharp. Sharp looking. I almost dont want to use this. This is my 3rd Wusthof performer series. I have the small chef and a paring knife, and they cut like katanas. I wanted some German blades to go w/my Shun Japanese blades. This does not disappoint.

Beautiful and strong
This knife is beautiful. Feels comfortable and balanced in the hand. Typical Wusthof edge. I'm not sure if I'd say it's worth double the amount the classic sells for but its definitely made with quality.

The Knife of a culinary God!
Yesterday I made ribs. I used this knife to cut them(raw) and it was as if the rib meat saw that blade coming and divided just before it touched them. That meat parted like the Red Sea.
