Can i order 120 tassels?

They only came in 100, but I ended counting around 110 tassels, so maybe the company will send you extra?

Yes you can attach a charm to the tassel, but I wouldn't recommend that the charm be too heavy. You can actually put your finger thru the top part of the tassel. It's a nice size, probably about a good inch.

What is the circumference of the topknot? I'd like to attached a cap to it...

When I lay the topknot on a ruler it is 1/4 inch wide. I rolled it over ruler the best I could, and it is about 3/4 inch.
