The build feels weak. Definitely not made to be used in heavy rain. Also, the major complaint of everyone in my family who has used it is that it's extremely hard to close. Don't recommend this. Please buy something else. This seems to come at the top of the results but it's not very good.Also, the auto closing is definitely a gimmick. It only closes halfway and then you need to pull to close it. And that's the hardest part. All 3 umbrellas are just as tight to close as the other. It's not isolated to one. I recommend buying something else.

These Liberty Imports windproof travel umbrellas are fantastic! They hold up well in strong winds and the compact size makes them easy to carry around. One helpful tip: to ensure they dry properly and avoid any mildew, open them up fully when you get home and let them air dry overnight. Highly recommend for anyone needing a sturdy, portable umbrella! The 3 pack is great, one for home, the kids and our car.

These are very convenient and surprisingly great quality. I keep one in my truck and one in my backpack that I take to work every day. I like these so much I got two more. For my wife, sister and spares to have in the mud room.

I bought these for a trip to New York this past week, after seeing the forecast. They were truly amazing! The wind and rain were so intense! My husband and I each had one of these from the three pack, and they kept the rain off of us, and held up with the crazy wind. We walked around in the weather for twelve hours and saw so many umbrellas that had succumbed to the wind, but not ours. They’re also nice and small to fit in a purse or backpack when inside.
