How to Descale/Clean the FOHERE Kettle?

The frequency of descaling is determined by the usage.

1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.

2. Boil the liquid and leave it for 30 min.

3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth.

Note: If the water quality in your area is too hard. It is normal for the stainless steel bottom of the kettle to spot or rust.

Q: I received a kettle, but some parts are missing, why?

A: All parts are placed in different slots to avoid damage in delivery, please check the slots on the back of the foams.

Q: Can it be set to any temperature between 40℃ and 100℃?

A: Yes, 1-degree temperature control function.

Note: The 9 preset temperatures and the 1-degree temperature adjustment function cannot be used at the same time.

Q: Why does the keep warm function not work when I have selected the BOIL program?

A: For safety reasons, the KEEP WARM function is deactivated if the temperature exceeds 95℃. Nothing will happen if you press the keep warm button when the water is above 95℃.
