All I can really say is "wow." I was skeptical because I've tried lithium orotate capsules and they help a little, but nothing to write home about. These drops are truly life changing. The first day I used them, I felt my entire body relax. I was holding tension I didn't even know I had. I am a very tense person due to a physiological issue (not anxiety), and this was the first thing I've ever taken that helps that physiological keyed-up feeling while also making my mind feel sharper than ever. I tend to get more and more keyed up and tense as the day goes on, so I take these around noon, and my chiller morning vibes keep going for the rest of the day. Truly amazing. Yes, they taste pretty awful, but I'd gladly suffer through even worse taste to feel like this. If you aim for the back of the tongue and chase them with something more flavorful than water, they're not awful.

These are the best 'lithium microdosing' drops on the market. They are natural and made from seawater rather than in a chemistry lab. I have MTHFR + MTR + MTRR homogyzous gene mutations and I heard from Dr. Amy Yakso that lithium may help or be needed. First I tried Lithium Orotate (5mg) and it was WAY, WAYYYYYY too strong and it causes me to overmethylate and experience anxiety and fear. This Weyland ionic Lithium product tastes bad but works wonderfully. I started off with only 1 drop (!) of this product and it produced a noticeable mood lifting and calming effect, and it works better than CBD. After a few weeks I increased it to 2 drops when my mood began to get anxious or sad again. Now I am up to 3 drops per day in the morning. It gives a great mood boost, more energy, better hand-eye coordination, calmer demeantor and thinking. Most people are not as sensitive and likely need to take higher doses but be aware that some people just need microdoses to start.

This lithium mineral truly worked for me. I felt chronically tired, edgy, brainfog, out of sorts. After my Dr recommended the mineral lithium for me, I knew a liquid form for optimal absorption would be best. I honestly could feel the difference in a few weeks. After almost 2 months, even better. The taste, as mentioned, is not pleasant. The key is to eyedropper into the back of the throat and immediately chase with a beverage after a meal. Or even save a few bites to eat afterwards. If you do that, the strong flavor will instantly be gone. Do not take on an empty stomach. For me, it was $20 well spent to lessen my anxiety.
