I was weary of these knives after a couple of reviews said they developed rust easily. I almost didn’t buy them, but they were exactly what I wanted and the price was right so I decided to see for myself how they’d hold up over time. Boy, am I glad I did! I’m writing this review months after purchase so I can report on their durability. First off, those reviews warning about their sharpness? No lie, I accidentally sliced my pinky while hanging the knives on my magnetic strip. So just be exceedingly careful at first until you get a feel for them. I also make sure to remove any distractions and stay focused solely on what I’m doing whenever I do knifework with these for that reason. I wanted a high quality set of knives because I’m really into cooking at home. I cook all my meals everyday so I needed a set that would be up to the challenge, these are. They have a good weight to them (feel sturdy in your hand) and as previously stated, they’re super sharp and make quick work of any chopping project. Veggies? No prob. Meat? No prob. Hard cheese? No problem. I love these knives. They work great and I’m happy to report that I haven’t seen any rust on my knives. I hand wash and dry mine with a microfiber towel and then I hang them back up on their magnetic knife strip, so maybe that is the key to caring for them. They look brand new still, exactly like the day I got them months later. I am so happy with these. 10/10 would recommend them for enthusiastic home cooks like myself.

These knives are amazing.! I've been wanting a new set for a long time that are very sharp. I cut into a raw potato with the large knife and it went through like butter !! They are so sharp and beautiful. I bought the magnetic board to hang them on, so they are on display and look so beautiful against my white background.. They were such an incredibly good value. I highly recommend them. They are so much sharper than my original set of Cuisinart Knives.

Very funtional and sharp, good for meet, vegetables and even tougher ingridients without doing too much effort.

At the beginning they are amazing, but with time the quality lowers and they can become dull. Still a solid option for the price

I started buying these knives in 2023. They are excellent. I started with a 7 inch Santoku knife for my husband. Since then I've purchased a 3 piece set and gifted 3 more sets. They are quality, well-weighted, and well priced. They come in a box which always gets an "ooooh!!!" when unwrapped. Highly recommend.
