High Quality Oracle Cards Beautifully Illustrated and With Helpful Interpretations
Gorgeous! The card these are printed on is nice and thick, with a matte finish. These cards are everything I had hoped they would be, after they sat in my "To Buy Later" collection for much longer than they deserved to. The handbook is small and a tiny bit fiddly but these things always are. The main thing is that handling the cards is a pleasure. The artwork on the cards is beautiful and the symbolism has been thought through carefully. I am looking forward to familiarising myself with these cards over time and would recommend them.

Beatiful oracle cards
I do really enjoy these cards. They're very thoughtful, thorough, and nicely designed! The illustrator has a lot of personal experience and connection with the nature which she poured into the creation of this set. I've used them once for past, present, future and it was a lovely guided explorative experience. The guidebook is super helpful! Explains how to use the cards, how different spreads can be applied, and then meanings for each card. There's one thing I might have missed in the instructions, the cards also have guidance for upright and reverse position of the picked card so make sure you shuffle them in all directions! This is a great quality set and I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and Magical
After experiencing some friends oracle cards a while ago, I'd been wanting my own set: This is my first, and I'm extremely happy with them. The cards are of great quality (as is the box they come in) smooth and of a goodnsize. The print and illustrations are very beautiful. The colours and general aesthetics are of those I'm very drawn to, and I am pleased the quality supports these. However, the quality of the guidebook doesn't match that of the cards: it's small and flimsy, but sufficient. I can't imagine it to be long lasting though without tattering. I felt a good energy in the cards, and the first time using them I picked out a very significant card which held extra magic in it for me... As earlier that day, a friend had shared a link with me, and it was about The Cailleach, as it was the day (22/1/24) its believed she's here to take away the stagnant and the old. Before opening the link, we were messaging about something else and I'd said that I was stagnant (a word I rarely use!!). Not long after, I open the link and told her it's funny my word choice earlier! That I must've known it's a day about stagnancy...) Well.... Ten minutes later I go down the first oracle card and guess which card I pick.... Yup.. Stagnancy!!! The meaning was very appropriate too as I'm approaching a new chapter of my life. Was very pleased with what the gorgeous magical woodland creatures was telling me. Very helpful and comforting indeed.

Fabulous deck
I read a lot of reviews about this deck before buying and I was almost put off by the reviews about 'flimsy cardstock' etc but I am so glad I didn't listen. I love this deck, it is perfectly autumnul in design so yes some of the colours are darker but that is what makes it feel cozy and nurturing. I am not normally a fan of borders on decks either but for some reason it really seems to work on this deck, I thought when I bought the deck that I might trim the edges off but I just think they feel right as they are. As for the thin, flimsiness of the deck it is about the same as 'Chris Annes the light seers tarot' cardstock so if you have that deck and don't mind that then you are all good. My opinion of the artwork itself is that it is truly stunning, the attention to detail is wonderful, the vibe is warm, cozy and has an earthy nostalgic feel to it. Something about it makes me want to curl up next to a log fire in a comfy chair with a blanket and a hot drink. The guidebook too is straightforward and not overly fussy in descriptions which I love and leaves plenty of space for intuitive reading and yet the design, layout and artwork in the guidebook is truly a feast for the eyes. To sum it up the deck is low cost but gives a great return, this will have a happy place in my autumnul selection of tarot and oracle decks and I am glad I purchased it.

Stunning Artwork
The creatures and flora on these cards are beautifully illustrated. I love the matte finish and really like the cards with the dark backgrounds. I’m less keen on the cards with artwork on pale beige, blue and green as I feel this is when the images sadly get a bit lost and look a bit drab. I’m also quite happy with the card stock. Perhaps it’s been updated or just that I’m not a collector of oracle (or tarot) cards so don’t have anything to compare them with. I love the leaves on the reverse of the cards and the design on the box. Although the pale cards are a bit of a disappointment I’m still happy I got this deck and feel it’s very reasonably priced. I might buy some small frames for the pale cards and hang them like mini artwork pieces on a dark wall.

Beautiful deck, better than I expected
Quality of cards are good, no hustle while suffeling. Guidebook is easy to understand, I felt instant connection to this deck. So visually appealing. Just had to wait too long almost one month. And it's still showing on the way. I had to connect with coustomer service to get the deck

Perfect for a first oracle deck
The deck has a matte finish and large cards that are loud to shuffle. At first I really disliked it, but now I’m a big fan. I feels really satisfying and tactile, like shuffling ASMR. The card stock is pretty thin for such large cards, so BE CAREFUL if you riffle shuffle - the first times I tried I almost bent some cards in half! I don’t riffle it at all now, but it’s fine because I find it so enjoyable to shuffle overhand. The color palette is very muted, which I also initially disliked because I expected something more vibrant, but I came to enjoy that as well once I got used to it. It’s a similar palette to the Centennial edition of the RWS, which is the version I use, and the two decks pair well together. Roux also makes some references to RWS with her numbering and symbolism, so this is a great choice if you’re already familiar with tarot but new to oracle decks (as I am). Overall, it was a deck that grew on me quickly. I was underwhelmed at first, but now I absolutely love it. The combination of an animal, a plant and a key word gives you a lot to draw from, and the key words are succinct and well-chosen. The descriptions in the guidebook are short enough to be a fun and quick read for daily draws, but offer enough info to be a good starting point for your own interpretations. I love that they include both upright and reversed meanings (I don’t read reversals, but I view upright and reversed as the “light/shadow” aspects of each card), as well as question prompts for journaling or reflection. It’s definitely the best guidebook I’ve seen for its content and brevity - it makes the deck easy to get to know and a joy to use. For a mass produced deck I’d say the cards are reasonable quality, the artwork is gorgeous and the vibes are immaculate. As with any deck, there are some cards I absolutely love and some I don’t vibe with as much (at least initially). But the quality of the illustrations is remarkably consistent, and the deck feels like a rich and complete world. I was surprised by how quickly I connected with this deck.

I was instantly captivated! 😍🥰 🦊🐹🐓🦨🦫🐿️🐊🕷️🐝🐦⬛
Woodlanes Wardens is an oracle deck I've been eyeing for several years, and a few days ago I finally decided to buy it. I have to say, now I understand why I needed it, why you should have it, and why everyone else does! The artwork wasn't anything special to me until I received it from Amazon in perfect condition. I opened it, and it captivated me instantly; I connected with it immediately. The images in the product description don't do it justice, so I've included several photos. The same goes for the quality; it's far superior to what you'd expect from the pictures. It's matte, silky, and very easy to shuffle.
