May i purchase the c81 black by itself? i already have controller.

Yes, but you will need to use that specific listing

My fully charged TC01 model seems like it's having problems connecting to the controller?

From the manual: Insert the binding plug into the BIND channel slot on the car, if the LED stops ashing, and stays lit permanently, the binding procedure is completed.

I ordered the special addition silver and blue car but i got the black sim car??

They give you extra bodies, not so hard to customize yourself.

Do the 5 cars come with only one remote?

Yes, you are correct! It only comes with a single remote. You bind it to each car, will control them all.
