I received my hat which was faulty as the threading is frayed as per the picture. I went to refund it and reorder but I noticed the price is now £14 more expensive. I can’t find anywhere to contact the seller and speak to them about the issue so any help would be appreciated as I’d like to get another one sent out. Thanks

quality was very good, unfortunately looks little bit as cheap hat. i wish goorin would has variety of models here

Really disappointed. I have bought many hats from Goorin Bros and this hat in particular quality is very different and no where near as good as my others. It has also arrived damaged and completely dis shaped.
