Many of these plans go back to the late eighties and early nineties. This not what I usually think of as updated. The layout and finishings have changed completely since then. The organization of the book is lacking. There is no breakdown by size or style or any other classification. It takes a lot of time to wade thru all 650 plans just to find the ones you're interested in. I feel I wasted my time and money on this book.

I gave this book to my husband for the extra time he’s found lately. He loves how detailed the book is and the house plan codes if we’re wanted to buy plans. He couldn’t be happier with it.
