Honestly I really liked this dog collar it's easy to use and works well for training, I like that it has various options such as vibration and sound I tested it on my dogs and it fits both of them well, plus the battery lasts a long time and it seems durable overall,I think it's a great buy if you want a practical way to train your pet.

Worked great for about 3mo, then the remote battery had issues & would not work unless plugged in. 4 stars because Customer Service at Healflex was very responsive & sent me a new remote free of charge.

Stopped working after 1year. Worked very well but then just stopped charging and remote wouldn't work at all.

Wonderful product the colors are a bit long so you may have to cut the ends a little bit otherwise dog responds well to the beep and vibrate had a slight hiccup with one of the colors customer service was fantastic and helping me resolve and get a replacement part I would recommend and buy again 100%. It works so good that I think my dogs are annoyed and try to eat it to sabotage it

Update: I emailed the company regarding my issue and the replied within a 2 days and helped me figure the issue out. I had to sync the collars to the remote. Not sure why this happened after using for some time. Their instruction worked and I have not had this issue since. I would buy these again and recommend them. For anyone having the same issue- hold the button on the back of the collar until it beeps then immediately use your remote for the collar and press the beep button. Now your remote is synced with the collar. I bought these last September but did not start using them until 6 weeks ago. They no longer work. They charge, light up, the remote says it charged but they will not beep, vibrate or shock despite the remote being fully functional. They were never use out in the rain and have been very well cared for. Save your money and buy another product.

This has been great as a deterrent to teaching my dogs not to go after cane toads. I also left the remote in my pocket and put it through the washing machine today and it’s still working after a recharge. The beep and the vibrate function are all that I’ve needed to use for a couple of days and now I can say leave and they walk away from the area where the toads like to hang out.

I have twin Dobbies and The product works exactly as indicated described. It has definitely helped me in training them
