The 1st stick remote i received didn't work. They sent me a new one in 2 days and I am up and running. I was very pleased with all transactions

Great Roku tv stick. Plug it in to your tv and sign in. Once you’re on WiFi, your can do anything Roku offers. Easy setup for streaming or watching live tv.

The stick works fine. Im just wondering why I paid for a new product and the remote that came with it had some of the buttons pushed all the way in and made it not possible to use. Had to buy a replacement. Very dissapointing.

The ROKU was exactly what I needed!

I have several Roku devices. I bought this as a renewed item thinking someone just simply returned it and it couldn't be sold as new. Well, not the case. Someone returned it because it was defective. When I got it, set up went well and then everything went south. The remote would react to microphone with any button pressed. Thinking it was something to do with the battery, I checked the power percentage in the Roku Remote Control setting and the batteries it arrived with had 33%. Changing the batteries didn't do anything but give me a 100% battery readout. Same symptoms and nothing but a waste of time. Never again, buy at your own peril. Just thought I would try to save someone else the time and frustration. I usually write reviews if a product is good, but exception made in this case.

There is no question that Roku is the best streaming stick. I’ve got them throughout my home on 5 tv’s. Even one in the garage. It’s easy to set up and I’m able to stream my provider and the apps that I enjoy watching.

Roku es muy buen producto par hacer de tu pantalla una buena Smart Tv, el problema de ete Stick en especifico, se tarda en agarrar la señal del control al Stick, y a veces para encender la tele, como que le tengo que oprimir otras dos veces para que se prenda, ya que solito se vuelve a apagar todo el istema, pero de alli en adelante si se me a echo un buen producto, recomendaria cualquiero otro roku, pero este todavia no me convence para recomendar.

Excelente producto, me ayudo a actualizar una de mis TVs que no tenia mas actualizaciones. Con el control del Roku puedes encender la TV y subir o bajar volumen. Lo comento por que uno que también tenemos no tiene esta función. El cable para conectar la USB a la corriente es lo suficientemente largo. Fue una super compra
