Very sensitive to movement-I can walk my the bathroom door and it picks up that movement. Definitely does its job. No battery issues and seems to be built to last. Color changes as described but I cant figure out how to keep it on one color. I would buy again. My bathroom does not have a window so it is great!

I liked the idea of lighting up the bathroom but grossed out to have this hanging on the toilet rim. Much better to just hang it on the TP holder. They could make it much better with a hanger that could hold it straight on the holder. The motion detection is very good, the light is very bright but I have it pointing downward at the floor, so it lights up just enough of the room. No more choice of fumble in the dark or turn on the bright lights. Just saying, no reason to have it actually on the toilet bowl. Ick. For those who can't read the miniscule instructions, press the button once to have it run through the sequence of colors, or press again to hold on a certain color. If yours is stuck on red, press the button and it will start running through the colors. I have mine holding on the blue. I have one propped awkwardly on a shelf to light the vanity area on the way to the bathroom. Would like to find a version that can just sit upright on a shelf. I have these on all the bathroom TP holders.

So, I bought this for my twins 14th birthday (one of their gifts) lol. I thought it would make a good alternative to turning on the light in the middle of the night when making their way to the bathroom. I installed the second one in the down stairs guest bathroom and this is what I can say after using it for 2 days: The luminosity is great! It doesn't stay on constantly, which has its own pros and cons. Pro:battery saving, doesn't disturb light sensitive sleepers. Cons: cannot really work as a night light and you must be a certain distance for it to detect motion. So, wandering through the dark from the upper bunk is still going to require a night light. THe one I have downstaits is tucked away opposite the laundry room, so I only have so much distance I can verify. I am well outside the bathroom a few feet away, plus the toilet is cfew feet from the doors. So, I can attest that I can detect motion up to about 5-6 feet. It may be more though. The "clip" is sturdy rubber coated (good for cleaning) and it is easy to bend to perfectly the toilet bowl. Do not make the same mistake I did and make sure it is clear from the 2 toilet seat rests before close the lid. It will glow through the cracks if you are a lid closer (I always close the lid before flushing). However, after I got this I lift the lid before leaving the bathroom because the cool effect of the bowl glowing. In a small guest bathroom it can luminate enough to avoid turning on the light to do your business and wash your hands. However, I have noticed that the device does go back into sleep mode whenever I turn the overhead light back on. I Cannot say how long the batteries last, since I only put some in yesterday, but I would assume a long time since it does work on motion detection. It requires 3 triple A batteries. They were a little snug to snap in. Bend the "handle" or "clip" out of the way before inserting. The only thing I wish a device like this would include is a fitting waterproof cover for cleaning purposes. Over-all this is a great buy, very inexpensive, easy to use, and motion detection=do not have to handle it often to change the batteries. It also comes with 2 per package. GET ONE!!!!!

I have seen people say that this is DOA (Dead On Arrival) and I thought mine were too, but they work fine, so I had to tell everyone what I found, These are Great! When I got these I put new batteries in, checked with a meter that they were good, double checked the polarity, and presses the button, and moved my hand in front of the motion sensor multiple times, and I couldn't get the light to come on. I finally gave up and turned the unit over on my lap to take the batteries out and return it, when it came on! I had covered up the motion detector lens when I turned it over... They both work Great, but they will never come on unless it is Dark! Tips: Press the button to toggle between slowly changing colors and a single color. To Pick your color, while it is in changing colors mode, wait until it changes to the color that you want it to be all the time, then press the button once, it will stay that color.

We love having a light at night that we can also choose the color, however we purchased in May 2024 and in under 2 years the red color totally faded out. We switched it to another color and the same thing happened within a week. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a battery issue, just cheap manufacturing.

Love these little toilet night lights! Motion activated and gives enough light in the darkness to help you find your way around without turning on a light and waking yourself up fully. They last a long time! Great for kids and adults!

Wir sind megazufrieden mit den LED Lampen. Beide funktionieren tadellos. Ist eine nette Überraschung wenn Besuch kommt und den Toilettendeckel öffnet. Außerdem leuchtet es schön hell beim Toilette putzen. Das zweite Licht haben wir etwas zweckentfremdet. Es liegt bei uns oben über dem Bett. Falls nachts mal einer raus muss reicht ein kurzes Winken, das Licht geht an. Man steckt es in den Hosenbund, hat somit die Hände frei und findet sicher den Weg zum Bad, ohne den Partner durch das helle Licht der Taschenlampe zu wecken. Es gibt noch mehr praktische Einsatzgebiete. Wir haben noch weitere bestellt.

Bought as an afterthought stocking filler. Really pleased and so useful. Those early morning trips to the loo when you’re not that wide awake is a game changer. Detects movement and lights up your toilet bowl with multiple colours without having to turn the light on . Really good quality product and well recommended by our family.
