Can you change the fuse

If you can (and I'm not willing to sacrifice mine to find out) it will probably involve prising apart the 12 volt plug as I believe there is usually a fuse in there. There's also a spring or two in there so I'd advise eye protection too. I would expect that the fuse going is not very likely if it can't be easily replaced but I'm happy to be proven wrong.

How do I contact manufacturer? Mine failed after about a dozen uses. Very poor.

Not the same Ring brand that Amazon own. But def call Amazon customer support in the first year to get issue looked into and resolved.

Does the Ring RTC450 come with a carry/storage case?

yes - but make sure you register it as the 12 month guarantee is only applicable if the item is registered. Mine packed up after 7 months and I could not claim under the guarantee, as I hadn't registered it. Good look with yours, as there are many feeedbacks which packed up within 12 months.

I bought this already but cannot find any warranty information on product warranty anywhere, and registration website do not have this item listed?

AFAIK by UK and probably European law, new products like this need to have minimum 1 year warranty. Beyond that is down to manufacturers discretion...
