Bought these for my Wife who recently broke a bone in her hand and had a cast on for six weeks. Needed something to gently exercise her fingers and forearm muscles when the cast came off. Really good quality fabric coated stress/exercise balls. Even the canister that stores then looks good on my desk!

Very good quality strength balls, come in 3 different strengths which are reasonable. Are a great size for using and the colours are nice too. My only issue is the packaging- the tube is firm and would be great to store them in however the lid is a pain to get on and off - I wouldn't let that stop you from buying them though. They also come with a list of various exercises you can do with them which is very handy.

Those are the kind of balls you want to squeeze to alleviate stress. The 3 firmness levels are good, but I’ll admit, almost imperceptible.
