I purchased the lifelong treadmill with the intention to use it for some light exercise along with my wife. We are very happy and satisfied with the product.It is very easy to assemble (took me 8mins) and the best feature is the easy storage when not in use. This product is mainly used for brisk walking and some light jogging mornings and evenings. Not heavy duty use like running continuously like a marathon. If you are looking for some heavy duty use treadmill then its better to take a more durable product from lifelong. If you are looking for some light exercise then definitely go for this one. Max weight is 110kg so only take this if you are less than 100kg as 10kg used for buffer zone.

Extremely disappointed with this product.The treadmill worked fine for about 28 days and then suddenly stopped functioning. A technician came after 3–4 days and fixed the issue, only for it to stop working again the very next day.After another 4–5 days, the technician returned and said the motor was faulty. Once the motor finally arrived (again after several days), the technician came back and said the motor was fine, but now the PCB had failed.It’s been over 15 days now, and I still haven’t been able to use the treadmill. On top of that, a burning smell starts coming out if you use it for more than 20 minutes, which is extremely concerning.The technician has now ordered a new PCB, but I have no idea when the part will arrive or when the issue will finally be resolved or whether it will work at all.Overall, this has been a terrible experience. Would not recommend this product.

This one is a compact walking pad & does its job. At times you can't go out / rainy season etc. you don't just miss your walking. I won't recommend running as the size is compact.Installation was no issue.. Just plug & play..Not meant for prolonged use as the motor heats up after about an hour. But this is not a big treadmill so use it wisely.Works great..

Bought it after seeing and comparing it with many other similar products. Very sturdy and works well. Quite compact and fits comfortably under my sofa set. Doesn’t need installation at all. Just plug and switch on. The best thing about it that when you switch it off it doesn’t stop abruptly. It slows down before stopping.

I purchased the Lifelong treadmill last year, and it worked fine initially. However, last week, I started facing issues with the remote—it stopped functioning properly, making it difficult to operate the treadmill.I contacted Lifelong customer support via email, and they initially stated they would reply within 24 hours. However, in reality, they took at least two days to respond each time. After multiple follow-ups, they asked me to pay ₹188 for a new remote. I paid the amount, but to my disappointment, they shipped the wrong remote.Now, I have to follow up with them again, and as of writing this review, I still haven’t received a proper resolution. The after-sales service is extremely slow and frustrating. If you're considering buying this treadmill, be prepared for poor support and unnecessary hassles. I do not recommend this product.
