Gorilla Mounting Putty, Natural Tan Color, 168 Pre-Cut Squares, 2-Pack

I wasn’t expecting to love this as much as I do, but it’s become one of my must-haves. I use Gorilla Removable Mounting Putty to hold my press-on nails onto my nail stand while I’m painting and designing them, and it keeps them securely in place. It has just the right amount of hold without making it difficult to remove the nails when I’m finished. The real test, though, has been my toddler. My nail stand has been knocked over and even thrown across the room more than once, and the putty has held up way better than I expected. Most of the nails stay attached, which has saved me from having to start over on my designs. It’s reusable, easy to work with, and has made my nail painting setup so much easier. If you’re a nail artist or just like making press-ons at home, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I give this Gorilla Mounting Putty 5 out of 5 stars. As a teacher, I am constantly hanging flyers, classroom information, and laminated lesson materials on my walls, and this putty has been a game changer. I often need to display materials for just a day or two and then take them down, so I wanted something that was effective without damaging my walls. This putty is very sticky and holds laminated sheets securely in place without any issues. At the same time, it removes easily when I’m finished using it. Best of all, it does not leave behind any residue or marks, which is extremely important in a classroom setting. I’ve used it on a variety of papers and laminated materials, and it has performed consistently every time. It’s easy to work with, reliable, and much more convenient than tape for temporary displays. I will definitely continue using this in my classroom and the size for the price of this cannot be beat!

I’m a PE teacher and these are a must have!!! I’m always putting stuff up on the walls for my students to see and this stuff is awesome because when I'm done with it I can just pull the poster right off the wall with no problem or damage to the paper. These are super easy to remove. Tape can be annoying and I don’t like to staple the wall if I don’t have to because that also ruins the laminating posters I make. The best part is my stuff never falls off as long as I’ve put enough on the back of my paper.

Loved it until I went to move and it ripped the paint off the wall :( probably user error idk. But it held my stuff up

My house is old so the walls are literally made of some concrete or something (not dry wall or brick) and with multiple paint jobs over it, it’s hard to stick anything on the wall because it just doesn’t stick and thumbtacks are too hard to get through the hard wall so this was great for my wall. I hung up a poster wall and nothing has fallen and it’s been almost a year now and it’s so easy to use, just cut a piece off and place it and in my experience, it has not left residue that wasn’t able to come off, just a tiny scrape and it will get it off the wall.

This is the second time I have purchased this mounting putty. It is worth every cent compared to what I have purchased in stores. My classroom has used three different putties. Many fail after a couple months. Some will peel the paint from the walls this does neither! Tip - roll the putty when removing. It also is easier when you already have putty to roll into. I never had an issue with material not letting go. My latest project is securing my pictures so they don’t fall off the wall. In addition to the nail, I have putty securing the frame so it won’t fall off the nail when someone slams the front door closed.

I was hesitant about buying this because of some the negative reviews but felt other products like this had more bad reviews so thats what made me choose this one. I've been using it a couple weeks and none of the items/pictures I've this for have fallen. I think it holds super well I've even used it for small wooden decor in my kitchen and hasn't fallen down. Definitely recommend this putty!

Worked for the purpose needed. Short term use for hanging material banner. Lasted a week. Held strong for the light item onto brickwork. Only was needed to hang a banner temporary. Will be trying it out on other things.
