Great flavor, easy to use, I have kids in sports and having these on the go are so helpful! My whole family loves the flavor too! They work great better than other sport drinks! We love them! it might help to mix it with cold water or have less powder in the mix. the taste was a bit too strong for me but you drink it for the health purposes so can't complain

I absolutely love these electrolyte packets! I struggle with staying hydrated and these have been a game-changer. I feel so much better after using them whether I'm lightheaded, dehydrated, or sick. (They're also super helpful for hangovers!) I prefer these over the name brand. The flavor is great and not overly sweet or artificial-tasting. They mix incredibly quickly and smoothly, so you don't get that gritty texture or leftover powder sitting at the bottom of your bottle. The price is also pretty decent so I'm able to stock up regularly. Overall, I highly recommend!

This is a great value. I always keep one in my backpack when hiking it ensures that my energy levels stay adequate and that I stay hydrated. It is super easy to use and the taste isn't too bad, super functional whether be on a hike or after a night of perhaps too much wine! Very easy to use as well

Flavor is a cross between gatorade and pedialyte i like this flavor more than the pedialyte actually. Consistency is good. 3 stars bec not sure if it works or how my body will react to it. Will be back with an update.
