I used these supplements during the Covid pandemic to deal with hot flashes at night. The supplements worked really well especially when not taking hormone replacement therapy. I trust this brand for all of my supplement needs: daily vitamin and bone health.

Tried a few different things. Found one that worked, but it was always on back order. Tried this and am sleeping through the night and flashing is over too. Sleeping like a 40year old. LOL

I don’t want you to give this a bad review but it made me sick it nausea. I’m sure it works well but after I stopped it after day 3, symptoms went away.

Taking this has helped my premenopuase/ menopause symptoms alot. My sister recommended it and now taking it.. along with the Amberen has made my symptoms very little to nothing...I'll be keep buying it along with the Amberen

Wow! I’m really impressed. A week after I began taking this daily my hot flashes are completely gone. Completely. Gone. I was expecting a best case scenario where they were less frequent or less intense, but they have completely disappeared. I’m shocked and a huge fan of this product. I believe I the onset of menopause six months ago and began experiencing hot flashes up to half a dozen per day, some mild, some more intense. I thought I’d see if a natural remedy would improve symptoms—and this surpassed by expectations. Just wow. It’s definitely worth trying. I will certainly repurchase given my results.
