Perfect if using to work from home
My 2019 purchased laptop wasn’t able to upgrade to Windows 10, and I really needed something more reliable since I work from home. This was able to be delivered the fastest with the best specs I’d like to work with. I paid more than I believe it was worth, but I needed it for work.Pros:It’s perfect if you only use it to work from home, as that’s all I’ve used it for so I can’t advise on what else it would be great for.I have GB internet speed so the speed, alone with the i5 is amazing. I don’t require a lot of downloads for work, so my restart is less than a minute tops. I sit down to log in about 3 minutes early so that I can have my windows open to log in. A 3 minute commute works for me, haha!Cons:It was more expensive than I believe I should have paid and I ate the cost because I needed it fast. If I could have waited, I would have went with something more affordable with the same specs or better. It’s been about 7 months now and my screen does flicker off once in awhile and comes back. This is not due to settings because I’ve set it to never sleep, as I use it while I work and shut it down right after (one time a day, 8.5hrs a day.) This makes me super nervous since I’ve read some reviews about this being a problem.Overall ThoughtsOverall, after about 7 months of using it for work only where not a lot of downloads are required, it’s been a great purchase for working from home. It was delivered fast which was a necessity, it doesn’t take up a lot of space, the monitor is a nice size and it’s user friendly.

Decent system although priced too high for the quality.
Price too high and quality seems on the cheap side for $800. But if you need something quickly they are always available. If you can wait there are better quality systems for $200 less.

My First All-In-One
I bought this in June 2022. The Intel Iris graphics has made Corel Draw and Gaming a pleasure.

After 4 months and the wifi isn’t working anymore!!!!!!
I had many small glitches during this time but didn’t mind, now after 4 months there is no WIFI to connect to making it useless obviously.I know computers really well and checked every possible way to fix it and nothing helped.Stay away from it.

Not to be trusted
Bought 6 two failed under warranty. They did not have parts and sent me a replacement refurb with shorter warranty. Buy a dell.

Very Nice 24" Desktop that Needs External Help
I am tempted to give this PC a 5-star review because it is a very nice lightweight desktop computer, especially for the price. It has what we need in an all-in-one PC and it costs less than many others. However, know in advance that you will need external speakers -- the internal speakers are very tinny and not good with music, nor even with basic Quicken sounds, but that is common with many PC's. I have an external Bose speaker system (with subwoofer) which I could not get the Acer to acknowledge via the plug-in port through Sounds in the Control Panel, but I was able to link a stereo Bluetooth speaker system through Sounds. The wireless Acer keyboard and mouse should be sent directly to the trashcan (save the batteries) and replaced with a high-end wireless keyboard & mouse... or anything decent. It has been mentioned that the only USB ports are in the back. That is inconvenient but it can be fixed by attaching a 4-port USB hub that you can access from the front. The PC itself is easy to setup and use... and I do like it.

ACER sent me a broken monitor and refused to replace it.
I bought 7 Acer desktop and one of them was delivered with a broken screen. When I called Amazon, they couldn't help me and transferred me to Acer who told me they couldn't do anything about it. That desktop caused me 800 dollars. Really disappointed with both Amazon and Acer.
