Used these at the gun range with my Earmor M20T for my PA-235 gun range Qualifications. No issues very comfortable. In conjunction with the M20T's I'd compare these tip with the 18dB NRR rated ones that came with the Earmor kit. These are smaller and just fit my ears (and seal most excellently).

I use these with my Shure IEM for stage use. They work a bit better than the original foam pieces that came with the IEMs. They fit my ears better. I don't play in loud band so it works well for that. If you play in a loud band you may need the foam type, those work more like an ear plug.

I didnt have that issue with my original tips on my blockade earphones. At least I can wear them long enough to get my yard mowed. LOL I love having my blockades back though so i put up with it.
