Delivered on 31May 2024 for me and I've been using it since 3 days (today is June 3), satisfactory with the product and the price paid for it. It's really relaxing for me face and easy to use.

Really liked the way the massager works , you can lie down and massage based on the instructions send and even with single day of use i found it really helpful, recommended for everyone to sit and use at home.

I bought a face massager for my wife, but it arrived damaged. The packaging was unsealed, and the product looked used. When I requested a replacement, I received a message about a pickup, but no one came. Instead, I got a notification that the pickup failed due to an invoice issue, even though no one showed up. After calling customer care, I was told I could only return the product, not replace it. The next day, someone finally came to pick up the item, but they had an arrogant attitude.
