This product has passed my expectations. I initially bought this orduct to try and dust the very tall walls and ceilings in my family room. I am 5ft 2 in. for reference and with just reaching my arm up with little effect I can reach the top of the wall with the product fully extended. In the past I had to get out a ladder and use a wand at full extension or a dust mop. I didn't expect this to be able to reach and be so easy to use. The product comes with multiple attachments which are easily changed to wand as needed. Also in the past when using microfiber clothes they would catch on wood and the the microfiber attached for this product does not and glides with ease around windows and across molding. I am very impressed with this product and how its made cleaning this room easier!!

Great Product - Recommend

I purchased this mainly for the large, flat rectangular attachment. We recently got wood floors and everything seems to slide and collect under the couches now. The duster attachment worked perfectly under the couch and also under the stove and other appliances - didn’t even have to bend down because it is bendable. I also love having the extended length to be able to get those hard to reach places like ceiling lights and corners. Plus, the clothes are washable - so I’m saving money by not buying disposable swiffer dust clothes and saving the Earth :)

2 out of 3 attachments can go in the washing machine. The stripy one is permanently attached to its rigid rod (nowhere near as fluffy or bendy as the picture), so has to be hand washed under running water, not as efficient in getting dust, cobwebs etc off, and takes a lot longer to dry when washed under a running tap. Apart from that, worked well so far - the telescoping feature is handy if. you have high ceilings.

Duster set works as described. The extension mode could be more sturdy, but considering how far it goes the lack of sturdiness isn't too bad (since the insides of the poles need to be hollow for the telescopic functionality). Nothing mentions that it is washer or dryer friendly, so I haven't tried. There are other similar dusters that are washer and dryer friendly. This set says to wash it by running it under warm water (which just washes some of the dust off; some might not come off and it certainly won't clean the dusters in a hygienic way). To dry, hang it in an area with decent airflow. I have many issues with this part. To start, the main duster doesn't have a loop on it, so I have to detach it from the pole to wash it (so the pole won't rust), then reattach it so I can hang it up with the loop on the pole. It dries at a seemingly decent speed, but upon further investigation you'll realize that it's just drip drying mostly; the top is dry while the bottom is still soaking wet, and it takes days to dry completely. The microfiber attachment dries even slower. I haven't tried the flat attachment. The bending features on each attachment are nice and convenient. Overall, it's decent for the price, but it could definitely be improved when it comes to cleaning.
