Worst product and not working
Very disappointed with this charger. I purchased this for my Fitbit Versa 1, but it is not working properly at all. The charger does not charge even 1% of the battery. My watch is in good condition and was working fine earlier, so the issue is clearly with the charger. It seems to be a defective or low-quality product. I request the seller to take responsibility and provide a replacement or refund immediately. Not recommended to anyone looking for a reliable charger.

The product didn't work from the start, and the company's customer service has been appalling. When I reached out for support, they asked me to courier the product to their address, which I did. However, after that, they became completely unresponsive. Despite sending multiple emails and messages through chat support, I've been met with complete silence. It's unacceptable that a company can sell products that don't work and then ignore customers who are trying to resolve issues. The lack of professionalism and customer care is staggering. I would advise others to avoid this company at all costs. I also want to request Amazon to take a closer look at the sellers on their platform and ensure that they are not encouraging such unprofessional companies.
