Is it suppose to rattle alot or is mine broken?

Mine from Dec 2020, and in June 2022 it’s fine. I love it, I use it all the time. Once a switch-thingy on the item came off. I was easily able to pop it back on, and it’s never been a problem again, a king time now. I For a meeting or phone call it’s a bit too loud with clicking noises, (it’s not loud in general for me) but on mute on a zoom call or the phone, it’s great. Mine barely rattles, so they seem to have fixed the issue people were reporting The handball size is perfect for my hand. Great gift or suggestion to ND friends or caregivers of ND people. I am very comfortable recommending it, and do often.

How would you compare this to one of the four-sided fidget cubes with less buttons/features?

It fits more comfortably in your hand like a small ball and more appealing with all the gagits. There are soft and hard buttons with a satisfying click and also a joy stick, a thing that clicks as it spins, another spinner that look like mini volume pieces and other silicone pieces that I can not describe lol. I do enjoy the silicone handle that you can slip onto your finger and take hold of the whole thing. My son is 7 and absolutely loves it and I'm in my 30s and enjoy it. I will add one disappointment, the 3 piece DJ looking jobs can fall off, gluing them does not interfere with fidget at all if you don't let the glue run down.

Is the product quality guaranteed?

Amazon automatically gives you 30 days. Most sellers find that sufficient. One of the buttons, likely the pen clicker, will snap off or break through. It's not reinforced throughout the middle. My thought is the design or cost would be prohibitive. If you can overcome that, it's still a quality item.

Durable, Relaxing, Noticeable Noise in Quiet Times

My daughter received this as a replacement for another fidget dodecahedron given as a Christmas present. The first fidgeter broke within a day, but this one has lasted for 6 weeks now with no issues whatsoever.This serves my daughter well to relax her when she's agitated, and although the noises from clicking can be a little bit irritating in a quiet environment, it's definitely worth every penny for her peace of mind, and ultimately mine as well.

It's a big bigger than the cube so if you have small hands that might deter you. However I love how smooth all the pieces work and I love that the joystick side is an actual WORKING joystick. The yellow nubby bits are a little unnecessary but otherwise I love this product.
