Great drywall lift
Bought this for drywall lift to help husband move and put up drywall by himself or with one other person in our garage. Worked great lifting and keeping the drywall in place to screw up. Made installation go much faster. Easy to assemble, shipped quickly, well built.

Such a backsaver! Everyone doing drywall needs this
I recently used this drywall lift tool for a home renovation project, and I couldn’t be more impressed by how much it simplified the job. Installing drywall on the ceiling or along the top of a wall used to be a two-person task, if not more. With this tool, I was able to position and hold large drywall sheets securely overhead without needing an extra set of hands. That made the entire process more efficient and saved both my back and my patience.Assembly was quick and intuitive, and the folding design is a game-changer for storage. When I didn’t need it, the tool folded up neatly so it wasn’t constantly underfoot or taking up valuable workspace. The construction felt sturdy and stable, giving me the confidence to work safely and effectively. Whether you’re a seasoned DIYer or tackling your first major drywall project, this tool is a smart investment.

Homeowner use approved
This did what it was supposed to. That said, it took a bit of tweaking. Parts didn't want to work right out of the box. I had to bend the little tabs out to hold the arms on. It's a bit tippy. If you had to buy something like this to make you money, I'd buy something higher quality. This would definitely break after heavy use.For me, as a homeowner, it worked for the two rooms I needed it for. I wouldn't hesitate to tell someone to get it for that purpose.

Worked great for my project
Assembly Instructions were lacking but thankfully it's pretty straightforward. Only used it for a day to lift these faux beams up but it did it without an issue. Guess I'll store it away until the next project.

Not too hard to assemble.
Many comments here talk about the poor quality of the instructions and difficulty of assembly. I was prepared for the worst. I found the instructions to not be the poorest I have ever seen. The English translation was not bad. It was just incomplete. There was no definition of terms, and no identification of parts. However, using the instructions such as they are, pictures, and a little head scratching, I got it assembled in about a hour. I haven’t used it yet, but it seems sturdy enough and usable. Overall, ok.

Worse drywall lift I’ve had yet.
Honestly, this drywall lift is a piece of crap. Worse lift I’ve had yet. If I could swear up a storm I would. I have been working on laying drywall ceilings at this house for the past few weeks. Needed something for simple 9-10 foot ceilings. The lift was working at first, besides the inner arm that holds the Sheetrock, not staying in and falling off plowing us in the foot. Then then all of a sudden just two days ago, we’re using the lift to raise the drywall to the ceiling. I set the brake at the desired height. I grab my drill from off the ground, and boom, the brake just stops working and this 8ft sheet of 5/8 just comes crashing down. On top of my head. Giant knot on the top of my head, I no longer have the box as I thought I got a good product. So now I’ve got to find a box, that’s big enough to fit all of these parts in, and send it back. Honestly, just save your money, go to Home Depot and get an actual drywall lift. This product is not worth the price that you pay, if you’re going to end up with hospital bills. Not even going to waste my time returning and blowing out my back trying to get this lift in my truck. Not going to waste anymore money, or gas finding a box for this thing. I’m just cutting my losses, and call it a day. Wife wants me to let the lawyer handle it. I’m just going to forewarn you all. DO NOT BUY THIS SCRAP METAL. Cheap, dangerous, and luckily my child wasn’t around! GOD BLESS!
