Im impressed
We have had our newly 2 year old escaping his crib way too easily and we needed a solution on how to keep him in there a little longer. He is not ready to transition to a big kid bed- he is too young for that and Mom and Dad are just not ready for that to happen. I bought this out of desperation, really, but It has worked out so well for us and our little guy. The people I follow on social media that specialize in sleep training say to never use these but man, I completely disagree with them on this one. If you transition to a big kid bed before they are ready it's literal hell for everyone and sleep is disrupted- for everyone. This tent is quality and I feel like my kid is safe while in it. The mattress goes inside of the tent so they can't escape. The price point was very good compared to other crib tents so I decided to pull the trigger and buy it- I have no regrets! Everyone is sleeping super well and my stress is down knowing that he cant escape and wander my house in the dark!

find a safe way to close lock the zipper together from the outside ( bread tie, or paper clip)
I was not home to put it together myself but from experience some toddlers or babies figure out that they can pull the sides down to get to the zipper and open it from the inside if you don't latch the zippers together. Some figure out that they can still climb over the top and use it as safety net (due the the flexibility of the product) then open the zipper after they have landed. And some figure out that they can tear at the seams until it unravels and creates a whole for them to escape. Still a great product though definitely keeps him safe when he does try to climb out as long as a zipper is latch is engaged.

This is THE One
Parents: if you’re debating on a crib tent, this is the one to get! It’s a great, durable material. It’s made so well and if you’ve ever put a tent together, you can put this together. It folds back up so easily because of the tent poles made for it. We purchased a different crib tent thinking that it was cheaper and would work - spoiler, it did not and we should have gotten this one from the start. Love it and feel that my child is very secure in it. It includes a one year warranty that I’m not even sure we’ll have to use because of how well this one’s made. Thank you so much!

Best for Toddler Configuration Pack-n-Play - Will work with Infant too.
UPDATED - Had this set up for several months now and I will freely admit, it works - I’ve changed my rating on this a few times based on my initial dissatisfaction but this has worked. Our two cats cannot get into the the pack-n-play crib. They can walk along the edge but they don’t weight enough to collapse it. Old review: It is designed only for a toddler crib as the net GOES INSIDE the crib under the mattress in the bassinet configuration you have to get a little crafty and wedge the tentpoles along the sides but it is manageable and it does work. Cons-. If you assemble it and then try to disassemble, you will never get it apart. The rods are difficult to work with - metal pieces joining them move about inside the nylon lining. Pros- That being said, I had bought two and after trashing the first one (literally trashed it) was able to assemble the second one and although the configuration is less than ideal, at least I could make it work for the pack-n-play so long as I put 2 10lb dumbbell weights in the bottom to keep the net taut. Notice on the pack-n-play how the net is inside and loose. That’s the problem- you have to put some weights down there to add tension, otherwise with enough pressure up top - ie a cat walking along the edge, the slack could simply let the net collapse into the crib. (Although in practice after nearly 2 months the cats can’t push on the net hard enough to collapse it even though they walk along the edge nearly every day with our daughter safety sleeping inside.) This “inside the pack -n-play is a flaw with the design- what would work much better is a two-part net with a floor and a 360* zipper and then the upper so that the bottom half can go under the pac-n-play and zip into the top - in the current configuration it only safely works for the toddler set up on the pac-n-play or the mini crib- not the bassinet or elevated setting - again although you can make it work and I did figure out how. So far everything is holding up.

Decent crib tent but assembly was a NIGHTMARE: NOT A ONE PERSON ASSEMBLY
I got this because my almost 12 month old started to climb out of his standard size crib which is already on the lowest setting. The tent looked easy enough to put together since it’s the same method as a camping tent but man was I wrong. First off the tent poles are deceptively long. I had to assemble the tent outside because my house is so small and of course it was raining so I had to wait until my partner was home since I couldn’t leave my baby unattended inside. Once I got it assembled I had to precariously carry this bulky huge tent thru my entire home and then squeeze it thru the door to get it into the nursery. I appreciate that the zipper openings are on both side of the tent. Getting the mattress in was a little bit of a tight squeeze and once all the tent ties were secured to the crib, it actually lifted the mattress up a little due to how taut the mesh is. (I untied and tried to retie them to alleviate the tension but it doesn’t make a difference). Because I introduced the crib tent before he was much older the transition doesn't seem to be taking that long. Last night was his first night sleeping with it and I thought it would take a while for him to fall asleep but he fell asleep within 10 minutes. The mesh is a little hard to see through with the baby monitor but I just adjusted the nightlight in his room to accommodate for that. Overall I would repurchase this tent but I would definitely need a second set of hands if I were to ever assemble this again. NOT A ONE PERSON ASSEMBLY. Editing on august 30th: I have returned this product to Amazon because I was made aware of all the accidental deaths related to these products. My son also quickly learned to hate the tent and even going into his room and seeing it would send him into a panic attack. So he will be sleeping on his crib mattress on The floor

Nighttime is much better!!
I was having such a hard time getting my 18month old down to sleep in his crib. He has slept with me since birth. When I say this thing has changed our night time routine soooo much!!! He was able to climb out so it obviously stopped that but he will actually lay down and go to sleep at night and for naptime! Worth the money all the way. And if it were to break I'd buy another!! Picture is of my 4yo relaxing because she likes it too 🤣

Great purchase for safety and peace of mind
I bought this crib tent for my granddaughter since she was starting to escape her crib. My daughter was hesitant at first but fully appreciates it now. This gives peace of mind that your toddler isn't going to be up roaming the house in the middle of the night when you are asleep or hurting themselves climbing out. My granddaughter loves her tent and will ask you to zip it closed when you put her in her crib. It also keeps the cat from jumping in the crib. I highly recommend the crib tent for peace of mind for parents.

Plastic tension braces break easily
I love this safety tent, the net is durable, it was easy to put together for the most part, & it keeps my little climber from getting out of the crib. However, the rods are held in place with plastic pieces that create tension to keep the net up & they break very easily. The first one broke only after 2 months of using it. The next one broke the following month, & the third one just broke after 5 months of using it. So I’m going to figure out how to make it work, but without the tension, it makes the zipper louder & harder to pull closed. Overall, it’s a great product, but the plastic tension holders are just not good long term.

The best crib net to keep pets away from baby.
This crib net is fantastic. We set on the search for a crib net for our newborn baby as we have two cats in our household and was worried about them jumping into the crib at night. We came across this net and we couldn’t be happier with it. The netting is sturdy and our cats didn’t rip it when putting their paws against it. We used this for 8/9 months over our child’s crib and it done the job of keeping the cats out. I love that it has zips on both sides and was easy to open and shut at night when taking our baby out. It is easily foldable to put away in storage too or take away with you when travelling. Love it, would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something to keep pets away from baby when sleeping. We also didn’t have any issues with it collapsing.

5 stars 🌟
I don’t ever write reviews but wanted to write this for the parents dealing with a climbing toddler. Our 21 month old started to climb out his cot in which we took the sides of the cot straight off to create a toddler bed which resulted in 2 weeks of horrendous sleep for us and our toddler. Not only did it affect everyone’s sleep, we were also dealing with an overtired toddler during the day. I knew he wasn’t ready for the transition. I came across this safety net and was initially concerned about the quality and the possibility of it collapsing, however, the safety net is SO strong and sturdy. My toddler took to it straight away and is sleeping a solid 12 hours a night again. I am so happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone 🌟
