Well made and adequate for home use
The quality is appropriate to the price and it looks well made.Assembly was easy and the functionality is as advertised.I picked the white one because it was less expensive but it doesn't look bad, just have to clean it more often.I made the mistake of ordering extra rollerblade office chair wheels which are really nice but it made the whole chair too high for my short legs so I removed them again. That was also easily accomplished.I'm very satisfied.

I have loved this chair for going on 2 years. It does squeak like an old house at times and it has begun to fray. I’m about 140lbs and this picture was taken today. Even so I’d purchase again. Considering the mileage it was still a good deal. It only began to fray after placing a therapeutic pillow on it for sitting all day. Perhaps my fault.

Poor quality control, no customer service
Plastic spider base holes to accept the casters are cracked.Chair itself is good and comfortable.Called customer support and told to send email. Sent email and never heard back.Called again and they said they are very busy and just return item and order a new one. What a pain!

Most excellent chair!
Easy to assemble, very attractive, and SO comfortable! This replaced an old chair that had a two piece back and no lumbar support whatsoever. I love the cool mesh back and seat in my hot climate and the lumbar support is fabulous.

A good chair *So far* - UPDATED REVIEW 2020: 1 STAR RATING AFTER A YEARS USE-
It came in the mail today, and it was quite easy to assemble! Directions could've been clearer when attaching the cushion to the back. I am 5'2, and my toes touch when it's on its lowest setting. Buyers beware! It is quite a big chair, but it has good lumbar support AND its arm rests fold up to be easily pushed into any desk! I've been having a problem with chairs arm rests since they never fit in my desks! I love the fact the arm rests go up!I've seen quite poor reviews on it, I purchased the Office Star Mesh Back in White. I've seen reviews saying the mesh started to come off. It feels pretty sturdy. My opinion might change the longer I have the chair, but I am hoping it lasts a good while!A solid product, I am hoping my opinion does not change for the time that I have it.--So, the chair held up for a couple of months, but then the mesh started wearing down. It didn't come off, but you could almost feel your butt hitting the metal bottom underneath the mesh. The reclining started becoming looser and looser, till finally you couldn't sit back without the back going down. The lumbar support also started wearing down. This chair is also almost impossible to keep clean. Dust builds up underneath the mesh, and you're not able to get under there to clean it. Due to the mesh wearing down, you'd sink down but your legs would still be propped up with the foam at the end. It makes you kinda into a "C" shape. Very uncomfortable. I am so disappointed. But, it served its purpose for the time I had it. Also to note- the mesh is very uncomfortable to sit on with shorts. I had to make my own edits to the chair as in taking an old pillow for the seating then safety pinning a blanket over the mesh. Just so it could feel semi-comfortable

Worth the money
Love this chair and well worth the money. I work from a computer for many hours a day my neck and back will hurt. With this chair, I can sit in it all day without having pains and a headache. This is a huge change in my day. I did change out the wheels for the rubble one to save my wooded floor. Works great and I have a bit of fun as the wheels are fast.

Ok to relax, not good for work
It's my first impression. Just received a chair, assembled and giving it a try.At first, mesh is a really cool thing. Literally too :) Most of the parts are made of metal. Wheels roll well even on the rug.Chair came with descriptive instruction and all the tools required for assembling.The main issue for me, is that the back even in the upmost position is tilted backwards too much. You can't put it straight. And since the seat is mesh too, it's uncomfortable to seat straight not leaning on the back.Design is not so good. The chair is not really white and doesn't fit well in white interiors, and the variety of contrasting elements in this chair design make it look like some futuristic thing from 90's.This is certainly not a Herman Miller. But the price is lower too.

Es una buena silla que vale la pena por el precio. Es bastante cómoda y de buenos materiales. Aunque vi varias reseñas que la comparaban vs una Herman Miller, definitivo se queda corta vs esa marca.
