I take one of these about 2 hours before bed & it seems to help with my anxiety & restful sleep.

I've taken a few kinds of magnesium for headaches, sleep quality, and issues like that; last year, when I switched from a different kind of magnesium to Mg-Zyme (because I had used and loved other supplements by Biotics Research), my blood pressure came down a few points without any other changes.
