This is in fact flocked. I’ve had others labelled as flocked not arrive that way. This came in a specially marked shipping package that some consider a collectors item and the item itself was in fantastic condition. The extra box protected the funko helping to maintain its collector value. Something very important with most funko collectors. Great job and thanks!
