It's hard to find food like this for finches. I wanted to feed them something better than just seed and most pellets made for finches are poor quality. So I decided to give this a try and my finches seem to really like it. My Canary loves it too. Some pieces are a bit too big for them but I just cut them smaller. I add some chopped up hard boiled egg for extra protein.

My 8year old conure loves this food. Since it is warm it has a good smell and he comes running.

Shipment was late but birds took to it right away. Wont order again through amazon tho.

The media could not be loaded.  We have 8 birds in the house right now (between our own and fosters) and some of them love it and some don't care much for it. None of our Cockatiels or Conures seem interested in it, but our African Grey and Senegal absolutely love it! I think eventually the others would warm up to it if we started slowly removing their normal food options though. The 2 that like it have tried all three flavors and they gobble it up lol I wouldn't put much stock in the low reviews stating that their birds wouldn't eat it. As many people with parrots know, they are very fickle eaters. What one loves, another might hate, and sometimes new foods can be scary for them.I don't plan on using this food to replace their main diet, but more as a supplement. They get a little for breakfast every few days to offer some variety. It's fairly easy to make on the stove top or the microwave, and you can also make a bunch ahead of time and freeze it for later which is pretty convenient. If you don't make it ahead of time, just remember that you do have to wait awhile before serving bc it's pretty hot.

I have three picky eaters. CAG & IRN and let me tell you I was not crazy about the price . Yes have tried making chop veggie etc . I have only feed them Zupreem veggie & fruit & pellets after a while they just wasn’t eating as much . I gave this a try and to my surprise they just love it . Everyday their bowl be empty wow . I recommend.

My conure, cockatiel and previous parakeets all loved the different flavors. I have not found one that they would not eat. Make it ahead of time and it freezes well.

Our birds seem to enjoy the taste. We mix bird seed in with this cooked food and they all seem quite content. The bigger pieces our birds don’t seem to care for, but I truly trust they are getting a much better nutritious meal with this compared to store bought seed mixes.
