What is the warranty like?

It a 3 year warranty and we cover all costs including all shipping

How is this unit on sheet metal 20-22 Ga?

It works well with .023 and gas for thin metals

Can you adapt this machine to use the larger 33lbs or even a 44lbs roll of wire??

The largest roll of wire that would fit inside the welder is a 11 pound reel. The welder is a small size unit. It works great for all my needs on steel and aluminum.
