Pretty and gel-like
Put on three coats and it really does look like a gel mani! At this price, I'm happy to sacrifice the extra coat. This looks so pretty on, even without base or top coat. Dries in less than a minute, doesn't bunch up or pucker like other brands in this price range (I have a cupboard full of those). Bought this because Essence's mascara is drop-dead ridiculous value in every sense, and this is right up there with Princess Volumiser.
