ATS Acoustics Panel 24x48x2 Inches, Beveled Edge, in Burgundy

Great product! I was really impressed by the reviews on here and even more impressed when I got the panels. The packaging was superb and each panel was wrapped in plastic. After opening them up you can really tell that these are quality panels, of course you could spend a ton more on panels, but these are quality nonetheless. I have purchased four so far and put two up on the back wall of my room and two on the sides near the back wall. If you stand in that area you can immediately hear a huge difference based on the other side of the room. Mounting the panels was pretty simple, however the paper template that comes with the panels needs to be trimmed down to the size of the panels. To mount them you put the template on the wall and mark the holes and do the same thing on the panel. The issue is is that the template is longer and wider than the panel so it makes it hard to be consistent when applying the z-clips to each panel. Overall, these panels work great, installation is pretty simple and I will be buying more to get my room sound great! The only reason I gave a four was because there customer service needs improvement, I emailed twice with no response.

Ordered this two panels for my studio. Makes big difference in sound quality

I was worried about installing on the ceiling that the stuffing would stretch the fabric and look like a K-car car headliner. Attached to the ceiling to block sound bounce from the front floor standing speakers. I made some Z brackets and installed red LED tape light with a 45 degree bracket pointing up and outwards. The dark color and red back lighting looks amazing. The fabric is holding up well.

NOTE - these absorption panels have a solid wood sealed back. Also the fabric could have been stretched a little more squarely. They are a good deal though and work well. I was planning to put them in front of another 2 inch layer of absorbers but because these are a sealed-back design I had to rethink my strategy. I may put a different fabric over the existing fabric - maybe? They do the job though.

Excellent Product! I have a relatively small living room with hardwood floors. It's a long room with a leather couch set, TV, and lots of framed pictures and mirrors. Well that created just a huge echo problem. I replaced the small area rug with a much larger shag rug, but that didn't seem to do anything. Next, I took down a couple pictures and hung up 3 24x24 ATS squares above one sofa, and 2 48x24 panels on either side of my wall-mounted TV. I recorded myself talking before and after hanging these, and man, there is an immediate difference. Didn't really need the recording, it's way more comfortable talking in that room now...and if the dogs bark, it doesn't break my eardrums anymore either. Hanging them wasn't too difficult, although it did force me to finally go out and purchase a new hammer drill to get through my plaster and brick walls. Instructions were very clear on how to install the mounting hardware, nothing too complicated. I didn't expect 5 total panels to absorb that much sound...definitely surpassed my expectations.
