Is the content oily since it consist all oil substance?

Yes it is oily but it worked on our dog she had sprained a front leg and was limping badly after 1 week on this it was completely healed.

Does this work as well as metacam

No, it is as not as good as metacam which is a serious painkiller for dogs who are in bad pain.

How long does two pipettes last for in days?

I give my 8 kg dogs 5 to 7 drops per day from a pipette as they get salmon and other oil from other foodstuffs and probiotics, so the recommended dose of this product would be too much oil in their diet. So a bottle lasts me 4 weeks approx for three dogs. My dogs have become very nimble and more active using this product.
