Tommy Bahama 2016 Backpack Cooler Chair with Storage Pouch and Towel Bar

Excellent quality. Very sturdy and perfect height. Have used for several beach trips with no signs of wear.

Well constructed, light weight aluminum back pack carry, multi adjustable chair. Beautiful chairs (i bought this one and a blue one) with plastic arms and aluminum frame that won't rust! The Tommy Bahama designs give a vibrant coastal vibe. The price is a little high but worth the money to have a product that will last and comes with so many great features. There is a large zippered pocket on the back that I easily fit my wallet, Iphone & car keys in. Below that pouch is a lined cooler pouch for beverages. The way it folds up, the back pack straps are on the opposite side so you could put your drinks and other items in both of the pouches. The side arms have drink and miscellaneous item pockets as well. There is a small head pillow that is velcroed to the top. I found the pillow, which i assume is made from foam and covered in the same material that the chair is made from, to be quite comfortable; if you don't like it, simply take it off. One feature that I was surprised to see and thought was quite nifty, was a nice strap with a quick disconnect feature that you can use to make sure that the chair stays folded up while it is in "carry" mode. I did find that closing the chair was a challenge at first until I referenced the piece of paper that comes with the chair. Tip: turn the chair on it's side, grab the back aluminum rung with one hand and the front aluminum rung with the other and push your hands together. The chair will fold up nicely then. This chair doesn't fold like most chairs but that isn't a problem once you realize it, lol.

OK so I’ve had a couple of Tommy Bahama chairs there’s no way you can get to tell me Bahama chairs for $88. You guys had to read that wrong I have one that I just bought that was on sale for $68 for one. That’s a very good deal I’ve spent up to $100 on one chair they’re very sturdy. It’s a wonderful beach chair. I would never order anything else and I have never ever seen anywhere in any place at any time to tell me Bahama chairs, backpack everything for $88 for two of them. You must be a first time owner of a Tommy Bahama beach chair like this because you would know they can’t sell them that cheap , so you’re read it wrong there’s new false advertisement they would’ve sold out in the first day $44 apiece for Tommy Bahama chair. No not a chair that has a backpack that you can carry an insulated cooler place for your drink and other storage on the back of it and the chair lays flat or however, you wanna lay it there’s no way you will find a tell me Bahama chair two of them for $44 apiece no way so I’m gonna say this there’s no false advertisement I know how much these chairs cost and I just ordered one and we can go. I was happy it was on sale for $68 and you’re trying to say that they said two chairs for 88 no way so take it from me you must been a first time time Bahama chair buyer so and I give it five stars just got mine two days ago and it’s absolutely just like my last one, but my last one got stolen I absolutely love it I’m very excited I got it for $68 that’s a steel because if you see one with the pineapples on it that’s my last year I had that got stolen they have it on Amazon right now. I think it was $109 for one chair so I’m telling everybody out there there’s no false advertisement. I’ll give it five stars.

Tommy Bahama 2016 Backpack Cooler Chair with Storage Pouch and Towel Bar ( Green/Blue Stripe) My last lounge chair purchase was a replacement for an older 2 fold PVC chaise lounge chair. I was unable to find it at my local department stores and was thrilled to find it on amazon even though I had to pay a premium price for it. I must be hard on chairs because this one needed replacing after just 2 1/2 years. Back to shopping on Amazon I go. During my search I ran across an abundance of chairs I didn't even know existed. After doing my due diligence of searching and review reading I decided on this chair. As always with prime shipping the item arrived as scheduled and well packaged. I opened it up and with a little work I figured out how to open and close the chair and use the utilities it came with, (read the instructions). I'm disabled and my ability to walk any distances is severely limited. I do know of some places in the nearby woods close to my home where with a short walk on flat ground of like 100 feet or so I can go and sit in private and sunbathe. I did so last week. This chair with it's back pack, cooler, drink holder, handle and nice size storage pouch is a pure dream for me. It's lighter than my old chair and I'm able carry it short distances easily. I liked the color and pattern of this particular chair that and all of the other features heavily influenced my buying decision. This chair deserves every positive review you read here. I would highly recommend this chair.

I bought one of these at Costco for about 15 bucks cheaper, and use it to sit at the pool to watch my kids swim nearly every day. I was so impressed that I headed to 2 different Costcos about a week later only to find they were sold out already. So, I ordered this one to match my first one. So many features! At the right side of the arm chair, there is a drink holder pouch adjacent to another one to hold your cell phone. On the back there is a large insulated pouch, and a spacious pocket to store who knows what in there. The chair has many settings to recline, including inclining all the way down. The adjustable headrest is very comfortable, as is the chair which I can sit in for a few hours straight with no discomfort. This is lightweight, but I weigh 200 lbs and my butt doesn't sink in (lol) so it is very durable and sturdy. It is somehow really lightweight and there are straps in the back to carry it like a backpack! Yes, I love these chairs. Pricey IMO but I've got my money's worth already and I know this chair will last many seasons!

I'd give them 4.5 stars if I could. What I like - the backpack straps make these easy to carry when lugging other items to the beach and they are lightweight, the multi positions of the chair to various angles for reclining (can move from upright, to many angles facing the sun, to a mini horizonal chair to lay and get sun on the back), a good 'pillow', and the storage on the sides is good sized for both drinks and phones. These are the chairs that my family wants when on the beach vs. some of the other options. They are solid and have a good quality fabric that has not faded in 2 years of use. Why I didn't give 5-stars is that they take up a fair amount of space in my trunk when folded and being driven - compared to a bag chair, these take a lot more storage room and cause more issues - I often travel with a group of at least 5 to the beach in a large SUV and when we put in the cooler, canopy, towels, beach wagon, boogey boards, towels, etc. the chairs take up a disproportionate amount of space in my trunk and I don't want to put anything on them. Additionally, the straps can get in the way of opening the chair - but this is minor.

So far, so good. Best Chair I have ever had. If you want your hands free to walk across that dessert beach to the shoreline with ease, this is it. Room for your cooler drinks, and ample space for your towel, book, and anything you want to bring to the beach in the other compartment. Once you figure out how it opens, it has nice side pockets for your drink, and phone. Comfortable back pack straps leaves my hands and shoulders free to sling my lighweight Solbello sun shade (which is also a Must Have!). I love that I don't need anyone to carry anything for me and it's comfortable to go to the beach now. Great Chair, I'd buy it again for my guests (I live by the beach)

We took these to the beach and they were awesome. Cozy, durable and we sat in the surf with them. They have a convenient strap to carry them and they have a side drink holder as well as side and back pockets to hold things. A little tricky to fold up - I don’t have the hang of that yet, but otherwise good value for the money great for the beach!

We cable-tied these together and put it through as 1xSport Equipment on Ryanair Cost us £30. Carried them to the beach every day for 2 weeks, comfy to carry with ice packs towels, water, bat and ball, sun cream you name it. Cheaper than hiring sunbeds. Taking again when we go away. Comfy too to sit on and lie on. Pockets were perfect too on the right hand side for phone and a drink The only thing I would say is that you need 2 hands to open and close the zips. Easier zips would be a real bonus to these products. Still rating a 5 star though.
