Great Product
All good. Took about 2 hours to install and still works perfectly after a month . Adds Bluetooth and an aux cord input to the Toyota/JBL factory radio. Sound is good through both. There are videos on you tube for a similar (and much more expensive) product showing detailed installation. It does what I needed it to do and the price is great. There is a slight loss of functionality with the CD player. You can not have a disc, or multiple discs loaded while using the device. That was not important to me, but if it is to you, take note.

Easy Bluetooth Upgrade for LX470 – Works Great with a Few Quirks
I installed this on my LX470 and it was super easy. Just disconnect the CD changer from the head unit, plug in the adapter, tape the receiver down with some double‑sided tape, and tuck the wires away. Took me maybe 10 minutes total. A couple minor cons. Sometimes it tries connecting to two devices at once and beeps until the car restarts. The mic is just okay, not amazing but definitely usable. Overall I can’t complain. It adds Bluetooth to an old car and the steering wheel controls still work which is a huge plus. For the price it’s totally worth it.

Issues with my GX 470
Rigged this up on. Plugged it all together - turned on the car. Cool - red light looks like it works. Shut the car down, unplugged the unit to properly thread the cable for keeps and the led no longer turned on and got “the external system is not connected.” Amazon sent me a replacement. I was concerned that _maybe_ I didn’t turn the car off before unplugging, hence the fault with the original unit. The replacement unit does not seem to function at all either.

Great little device, worth the price!
Works as expected. Sound quality is excellent no connection issues as of yet. Happy to be able to control tracks with my steering wheel. Next track is a bit delayed but acceptable. Worth the price.

Great value, could be better
Sound quality is great and installation was easy. This is probably the best value for adding bluetooth to your land cruiser. The one downside is the beeping that occurs when a bluetooth connection is lost. I would highly recommend to the company that this be changed from a repeating beep to a single beep. Under normal use you will not hear a beep, but if a device connects and the connection is later lost it will beep about every 30 seconds until everything is shut down and restarted. This is quite annoying, as both my wife and I have our phones paired to the system. If I'm going somewhere but she's staying home, the system will initially connect to both of our phones because hers is just a few feet away in the living room. It then loses that connection as I drive away from the house and starts beeping. I usually restart the car at the end of the driveway to cancel it out. In summary: it's a great and super affordable option for adding bluetooth, with one little quirk.

You need to take out your stereo which is a pretty simple matter if you’re handy.
Easy to install, but you need to buy the y connector if your car has navigation. Sound quality is exceptional. You’ll toss your fm unit that plugs into the cigarette lighter.

Works on 08 RX400h
Works perfectly on my 2008 Lexus RX400h. Easy to install and I kept the device in the glove box. Only issues I noticed is when it is cold, it might not connect to my device, however this rarely happens. Make sure to get the 6 pin cable which is not included.
