GX470 application works great
Works seamlessly, sound quality is great, install is pretty easy in my 2006 GX470. Be aware that you do need the Y-splitter cable if you want the OE nav screen to work, because this replaces the CD player and the nav CD runs through that cable. The only issue I have is that incoming phone calls are WAY louder than the music, so it can be jarring when a call comes in if you're playing at a high volume. My phone connects consistently when I start the vehicle, calls don't drop, sounds great through the ML sound system.

Great Product
All good. Took about 2 hours to install and still works perfectly after a month . Adds Bluetooth and an aux cord input to the Toyota/JBL factory radio. Sound is good through both. There are videos on you tube for a similar (and much more expensive) product showing detailed installation. It does what I needed it to do and the price is great. There is a slight loss of functionality with the CD player. You can not have a disc, or multiple discs loaded while using the device. That was not important to me, but if it is to you, take note.

Works good on my 06 Lexus GS300.
I am happy with this product. I installed it on my 06 Lexus GS300 and so for so good. Very nice and clean sound. I got a APPS2Car Toyota Lexus Scion 6+6 Pin along with this product and used a YouTube video of a similar product to help me install it. Very simple. My only complaint is a beep sound the product makes when it's turned on. If you turn off the product and the volume is loud when you go back and turn it back on the beeping sound will also be very loud.I recommend this product if you want Bluetooth without having to install a whole new radio. If your car has a Bluetooth option for phone calls you will have no need to install and run the Mike. I have a Note5 and all I do is connect to both Bluetooths my cars and for music this product. My phone like most have the option to choose between phone and or media and to connect to 1 for each. Hope I explained myself and that this review helps you out. Thank you.

2004 GX470, so far so good. You do have to do one thing to get it to work.
2004 GX470. Had this incredibly reliable built like a tank SUV for 12 years, however, the electronics were lacking in it, of course. Wife wanted Bluetooth streaming and for calls. Ours has the DVD package, rear entertainment, and cd changer. None of which we use as the kids have iPads. The install was not bad, but the instructions are not clear in that it references a switchable cable which is not available. We bought the standard y cable as referenced next to this product-the 6-pin. Nothing worked. Finally, I traced the cable from the cd changer in the glove box to the side kick panel. I unplugged the cd changer and then this unit worked fine. She can switch between Bluetooth streaming and the iPod on 3.5mm. Spotify and XM sound great over the Mark Levinson system. So now the only question is, will this last as long as the Lexus? Shall see.

Unreliable operation.
It is intermittently working with my 2005 Prius radio. It is hit or miss every time I step into the car. The bluetooth connects all the time but does not switch to CD in order to operate the system. When it does operate correctly, the sound quality is great streaming apple music. The phone operation is also great when the system operates. There is a beep through the radio speakers to confirm radio system is connected properly.Update: the Bluetooth connection still operates all the time but now the communication from the phone to radio speakers are null.

Plug and play upgrade for RX350 2nd gen
RX350 2007-2009 w/nav and 6 disc CD playerI bet you this is the only vehicle that can play radio, tapes, CDs, and stream Bluetooth music! Nav, 6 disc CD changer, steering buttons, and factory Bluetooth phone calls all work perfectly. I also bought the newest DVD maps from here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KDVT6QB and that also is working great!Install tips:-You NEED to get the 6+6 Y-Splitter cable to make everything work. Many things do not work without this cable.-Radio pull out is 4 x 10mm bolts. Don't drop them in the dash. YouTube's videos show the best way to take it out.-Many mounting locations are possible, but none of them look great if you want to use the extra USB port as a charger port.

Skips on startup
Had this for about a year now in my 2004 GX470. It works, steering wheel buttons work, sound quality is fine, install isn't easy but that's the GX's fault, not the adaptor. So why 3 stars? Whenever you start up the audio cuts out/skips for the first 10-20 seconds and it's infuriating. If you're listening to a podcast or an audio book or music you have to turn off the stereo or pause it out do something "extra" to make it work like any other Bluetooth device ever made. Additionally, the call volume is different than the audio volume and you never know what you're going to get, but you know it will never be right. Finally, when you shut off the car it's inconsistent on when it cuts off the audio. I've used at least 6-7 different music, audio book, and video apps over the last year, all the problems are there and it's driving me nuts.If I had paid $25 bucks and didn't need to rip the entire infotainment system out of the dash maybe I would be fine with it. Maybe if you only listened to music and didn't mind it skipping every time it would be fine. But if you listen to any audio you're going to be starting/stopping/rewinding constantly and it will drive you nuts.

Awesome solution to cars that don't come with factory BT!
This product has to be the best BT adapter on the market. The only thing that is kind of annoying is that there's a bit of lag when changing tracks but the quality of the sound output makes up for it as there's NO loss of audio quality whatsoever unlike FM transmitters. If your car has navigation, make sure to buy the Y splitter as well because you'll need it!
