Love my chair it works perfect I would recommend this for anybody who has backaches shoulder, pain and neck is fabulous

The chair is very nice and looks great. It is comfortable and easy to operate. One drawback is it sits lower. But other than that, it’s a great chair. We love the heat and massage.

The media could not be loaded. Do not even consider buying this chair or anything from this seller!!! We purchased it for my Dad May 4, 2023 as he began to decline. It was very important that he and his care givers have a comfortable recling chair that rises. This chair worked for about 72 hours and then was STUCK in an upright position making it absoultely impossible to use in any way! I wrote the manufacturer and they asked me to send this video and photo. They told me they would send the parts to fix it right away. Almost, 2 months later we received parts that DO NOT work!!? I wrote and asked for the correct parts or a credit and NEVER heard back. Amazon's, A to Z group, that investigates 3rd party seller issues, have denied to help us which is shocking considering how much our family spends on Amazon each year. My Dad sadly passed away July 5th and never got to enjoy this chair. When it worked the 3 days it did, it was great but it is not worth taking the risk to buy this product or any other product from this company unless you are willing to possibly loose $416 which is what we spent with tax! If the company cares at all about their reputation and standing by their products, they will finally credit us back and I will be more than happy to share that with other customers on Amazon. Until that hopefully finally happens, watch our video and you will see if you get a lemon you are stuck with it!

This thing could have come in two boxes with the sides pre-assembled but came in one box and took two hours to put everything together. One of the pre-assembled arms had a tear in it and the slip covers for the side arms were nearly impossible to zip up even after multiple adjustments. One of the zippers fell off when I tried to zip it around the metal frame.The brackets for the side pieces were difficult to slide into place as the cushions were so fat you could not see to line up the pieces.One of the side arms would not line up with the holes for the bracket bolts, forcing me to make a new hole in the fabric.Also one of the arm rests was tucked under the chair leg rest and could not be pulled out without connecting the lift button before the chair was assembled.In short, it was unpleasant and time consuming to set up.Once assembled it looked and worked well and has been well used for a week and holding up with no issues.The base is quite sturdy and the cushioning is nice.The lift mechanism works fine.

I bought this for my father who has difficulty getting up because he has Parkinson’s Disease and is very weak at times. The chair is comfortable and appears to be made pretty well, it definitely isn’t high quality furniture, but it is better than most furniture you can buy today. The problem is that the chair only lifts about an inch before it starts tilting and slides the person out of the chair. I was hoping that it would raise up at least 2-3 inches before tilting, high enough so my father can get his legs under himself as he is standing. The massage and heat are ok, my dad is always cold and the heat helps him. The only problem is that the heat only stays on for 15 minutes and you have to start it again. Having a low setting that stays in longer would be great. Again, it doesn’t look too bad and the assembly was pretty easy except for getting the upper sides on, you have to be careful or you will rip the material. If you don’t need to raise someone up more than an inch to help them out of their chair, this would be a good chair for you. I kept it just because returning it would have been a real pain. I made a small platform that raises the chair up by 2 inches and it now works much better in getting my dad out of the chair.

I am a 71 yr old female and after UPS set the box in my living room I was able by myself to unpack the box (which was well supported) and assembly was a breeze and within 10 minutes I was comfortably enjoying laying back in my chair and had a very nice massage. Well worth the money and lifts me up just about standing positionUpdate: Chair completely locked up several times and left me in the air. Have contacted the company received authorization to return. Very hard task to prepare chair for return. Was it worth it? Undecided massage feature was very nice. Now hopefully the company will try to help me resolve this return

Exactly what I needed! Hubby is a big man and h got two extra large chairs for us here in Az. I needed a lift chair in the house in Indiana, but we are only there a few weeks a year and he usually stays here so I really didn’t think I wanted to invest money in expensive furniture . I got 3! Since I’m of a certain age my friend and relatives are to. I got so many compliments on my chairs!I’m very happy!
