This is the best pre and probiotic. It is formulated for use with and after antibiotic use. Wish I had found it 5 years ago, it has restored my gut health after nasty side effects of antiviral use. It costs a little more but is worth it. Can cause a little constipation, but stops diarrhea

I'm a caregiver for my Mother, who is 87 years old. Once in a while she is prescribed antibiotics. With any antibiotics, you'll get diarrhea and these will prevent that from happening or make is less dramatic. They are easy to swallow and have no taste. I've ordered these twice and will gladly do so again.

These are very good. Helps with bloating and gas. But I give 4 star because of the price. It's very expensive.

This product is great for those looking to enhance their gut microbiome. This particular strain is not easily killed off by antibiotics or stomach acid. You can make it even more powerful by adding a capsule or two to a little bit of apple juice or other juices. Just make sure there are no preservatives because it will kill off the strain.
