Not O.E. but close.
I should take off a point for the shipping, this unit came unboxed with only some wrap on the flanges. This install isn't a super fun job, it's not terrible but it is a bit of a process. Initially I cheaped out and bought one of the 2 pieces units you've already looked at. It's easier to install that type but the brand I got was VERY ill fitting, nothing lined up and I had exhaust leaks everywhere. I also cheaped out on the new O2 sensors, I had more codes than when I started. Since I was still in the return window I sent it all back. I bought this unit and 4 new NTK O2 sensors, The install was fiddly but straight forward, everything lined up as original and the Jeep is running as new. This happens every time I try to buy the cheap stuff. The only consolation is that my labor is free....

Only lasted 4 months throwing codes again
It only lasted 4 months before it started throwing codes again in my 2009 grand Cherokee

Perfect Replacement.
No check engine lights, oem fit, if you’re gonna change this part yourself make sure to shoot the bolts for two days with WD40 or some penetrating solution. And you will have to remove the transmission cross member as well. But it was a pretty straight forward replacement. I bought 4, O2 sensors, so replacement went pretty fast.

Exact fit 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.7l V6
Pros- Exact fit for my WK Jeep. Way CHEAPER than OEM from dealership. Cons- None except small dent in one catalytic converter from mishandling during shipping. Would buy this brand of parts again.
