We installed this in our office space. Even though it's plastic, it feels really sturdy and well-made. It's really good value for the price and comes with extra features! If you don't mind using a controller for it, then you SHOULD buy it!- Installation: Some people in the reviews said they had a hard time installing it because it was a tight fit and close to the ceiling, but we installed it into our popcorn ceiling without any issues. The hardest part of the installation was keeping your arms up long enough to add the nuts to the wires and hold the light at the same time. We were able to install it in about 20 minutes and could probably be installed by one person as long as you keep your tools close.- RGB: I like that you can use it with the main light on or off. It creates a really cool atmosphere in the room because it makes the ceiling glow and bounces off the tops of the walls! The only thing is that it has a limited color choice that you have to cycle through one by one. Wish there were more colors, but it is exactly what they advertised... Luckily when you turn off the light it turns back on to the RGB you had last loaded.- Brightness: This one light can light up our entire 11'x11' room easily. I like the different color temperatures and brightness controls. Sometimes you don't want it super bright in the room or pure daylight, so it's perfect for having the light adjust to your mood. I also like that the RBG is unaffected by the brightness controls. The "nightlight" mode is perfect for when I need to wake up to go to work at 6 (I work from home) and not burn my eyes out when I come into the office first thing in the morning!The only thing I wish was that it was a smart product that you could control with your assistants or app. We just keep the controller by the door and leave it there whenever we change it so we don't lose it.

We first ordered one of these, and it unfortunately came defective, the RGB functionality was inoperable. We tried different trouble shooting steps and such after emailing Blnans email listed for any issues.They were very understanding and helpful with things to try to ensure it wasn’t a remote issue etc, after following their instructions and steps and videoing it, I emailed back saying the rbf part of the light was just unfortunately defective. They immediately got the original order and shipping info and sent out a new one. As of today it arrived and is working properly.Appreciate the quick response and customer support, and standing behind their product and just issuing a new one without a bunch of extra hassle.I would recommend getting one of these, if you end up getting one with defective rgb for some odd reason, they will absolutely make it right and quickly send out a new one. It is super cool, works flawlessly and we’ll be getting a couple more for the other rooms now as well as seeing how great they are. And the actually light in the middle is extremely bright if you want it to be.

Bought this for my son’s bedroom. My brother-in-law installed without issue and my son loves the colors! The light can be really bright or dim and lots of colors/effects to choose from. Remote is great and easy to use.

So I recently put up 5 lights and synced them all together. Then I went to cycle through the rgb colors options and one light didn't change. But it changed after wards but was on a different color. Only way I could fix this was to remove the light. Undo the power cable and then change the lights to match the uncovered one. When I hook it back up it works fine. But I found you can't press the button to fast or 1 or more will not get the signal and won't change. Their should be a button on the remote or color button options instead of one button for all. But all in all they give off really good light and I like the brightness options and hardness.Would be a 5 but I can't seem to figure out if theirs a way to sync the rgb colors up to stay the same like a reset default where all lights would default to that color when pressed or something. Idk maybe I'm missing something. Will update if I find anything. Any info if anyone has any would be great.

These light are pretty awesome so far!Installation was extremely simple, I really like how the made an effort to add in a simple hook on the top side (wiring area) that will connect to the mount. This allows the light to hang from the mount while you connect the power wiring up. I appreciate the attention given to make installation even easier.The brightness and cool/warm settings are great, seriously nobody can complain about these not being bright enough at all. If they are too bright then you can dim them down about 5 or 6 times.The RGB setting are pretty cool and a great feature for my use at least. I installed two in mine and my wife’s dance/art studio. Gives quite an awesome vibe when you can add color into a setting like that.I am hoping that these lights last a long time, I will update if they fail anytime soon.

I’ve had this light since April, replaced an old ceiling fan with it and it has been absolutely wonderful 9 months until tonight when the remote just stopped working. I have tried changing the batteries, smacking it lightly to see if something was stuck, to no avail. Unfortunately without the remote, I am now left with a constantly blinking multicolored light in the middle of my bedroom, which is unhelpful when trying to sleep. There is no way to turn off this light without the remote other than flipping the breaker or uninstalling the light entirely. I cannot find any way to contact the seller directly or purchase a replacement remote, which is a major source of annoyance for me as I stare up at the permanently cursed and festively-lit disc mounted on my ceiling.I would give this product five stars, but the fact that it is so reliant on one (apparently fragile) plastic remote with no backup and no customer support is a major issue. Please fix this!
