I also needed assitance and seller fixed the issue right away.I will be other more for my colleagues =)UPDATE: After receiving the new batch the same issue, the pen write perfect at first and then it goes so faded as if it didnt have ink and it does. all of the pens do the same thing, terrible. 2 bad pen packages.

I have gotten so many compliments on this. I love these pens so much because they write so smooth and also they don’t make a noise when you click it so I love it because I’m not bothering other people with the noise and if you’re a stationary person, definitely get this. Lasts long .No smudge

These pens are amazing! The ink is wonderful and the pen itself is great especially with the silent clicker. I am a journaler and have a ton of pens and these have become my favorite. The ink doesn't bleed through. It writes well without smearing. They even have refills for the pens. However they have 2 main flaws: 1) A little piece at the top that without it makes the pen useless and 2) the back of the pen sometimes breaks. I have a photo of 1 regular pen and 1 that has both challenges.1) If you click and the small piece pops off and you have it, you can put it back in and the pen is fine. If you lose it, the pen is useless.2) After using the pen for a while some of them begin to crack in the back. I've placed a piece of tape over it and still been able to use it but it is annoying.If these 2 challenges were fixed I would give these 5 stars but regardless I've already bought 2 packs of these and will definitely but again.

I bought these pens after I saw someone using it at work. They look great and the quality is outstanding and it writes marvelously. I do not like the fine point however, but the medium is excellent, is soft, quick smooth writing with this beautiful pen. I work in a hospital and write all day, Many of coworkers find themselves attracted to this beauties and I think that 99% of the staff are buying them now.Just 1 point I need to make is that it is a gel pen and you cant highlight because smudges, but since I do not highlight a thing, is just perfect for me.

Unfortunately these pens did not work for me. They kept skipping on every other word as if the ink inside had dried up. I bought these to use for Journaling and loved the colors but these did not perform well. I didn't use any fancy or glossy paper for these to not work so maybe I got a bad batch.I did not return or request a reimbursement in hopes the rest of the pens would work well as I try to give any items I purchase a chance, so far no luck.

I’m a nurse and my reports are most effective if I’m able to color coordinate different details (IYKYK). These pens are AMAZING. So smooth, don’t smudge or clump and the colors are great!!! You will not be disappointed!! Pen quality:Durable Writing ability:So smooth!
