I’m a nursing mom, so I spend most might nights on my sides. It hurts to sleep without having a leg a little elevated. This thing is small enough not to get in baby’s way, and the strap helps me not lose it lol. It also had a cover that is zippered on, so one can wash this!

After my back surgery, my doctor recommended a knee pillow to help keep my spine aligned while I sleep. The idea made sense to me, and since I’m a side sleeper, this product seemed perfect. It is firm, fits easily between my knees, and does what it claims to do for a while. However, I only gave it 3 stars because the pillow doesn’t stay in place overnight, and the cloth strap isn't effective at holding it securely. While it may work for some people, it did not work well for me.

I sleep so much better using this pillow rather than using the other pillows I have on my bed. The way my leg fits is very comfortable and I don’t notice me tossing and turning all night. I also wake up with my low back, feeling loose and pain-free. This was such an amazing product to purchase in use. I would highly recommend this to anybody with low back pain.

Comfortable, just firm enough with a plush filling for the ideal knee pillow. Cool temperature so it doesn’t overheat. Help provides relief.

Did not solve my problem. Tried a regular bed pillow between the knees and that worked and was much more comfortable.

Can wash the outside cover . I have used this every night for the last 2 years great product. It makes my back feel so much better
