very cool printer. saves ink very well. There is a convenient free application that gives additional options when printing or scanning. I am very happy with the purchase.

A little slow on the print jobs but daaang, the ink situation is a million times better than the greedy competition. Not photo quality printing. Great for everyday office-related printing.

Buyer beware. Don’t buy! This is a terrible printer for the price paid. It eats way more paper than actually successfully printing on the paper. Awful product for the price. AND YOU CAN NOT RETURN! Don’t buy!

Company bought this for working from home. I think I've spent more hours trying to get it to work than # of pages printed. This thing only works on Wifi - no network cable, which would have solve 99% of it's problems, but hey, they saved 37 cents. It cannot stay connected to cable-company modem Wifi. Every time I want to print, I have to re-connect it to the wifi, entering the password on a push button display, tabbing thru pages of symbols, numbers, and capital letters, wait 5 minutes while it thinks about it, and then it doesn't work, for NO reason... repeat about 3-4 times before it decides, "Yes, actually, the same thing you did the last 3 times should actually work," and half the time it just says "printer is busy" for 10 minutes before you can re-try. (Ah-ah-ah.. I know... but the push-to-connect doesn't work either, mysteriously.) This is especially fun when you're on the way out the door for an event and need to print the tickets you bought online. Eventually, I figured out it's more stable with the mesh-wifi router system than the cable modem (why???), however this is a sub-net that does not allow my wired devices to connect to the printer. Final straw, the printer randomly decided that the wifi is "out of order" when I desperately needed to print a document for a payment due. Code 202620 - call Epson support, it says. (You can google this - plenty of results that show you how to replace the wifi board.) By the way, you cannot find this part to order it. I totally disassembled it, removed the wifi card and just... re-inserted it.. guess what.. now it "works" again. But I wasted hours, have ink all over my fingers and clothes, the print head needs to be cleaned a dozen times before it will print decently again, gotta pick screws off the floor and figure out where they go, and I've lost yet another day of my life. Avoid this devil-spawn, or if you have one already, "circular file" this POS the second it gets hinky. The reason I wanted to like it - 1.) the eco tank seems like a great idea - refillable ink tanks instead of $99 for a disposable cartridge with 1 teaspoon of ink, like those other clowns. 2.) The image quality from a similar Epson was surprisingly good - but this one is average. On the bright side - someone else paid for it.... Unfortunately, I have a lot of ink to spare, and am not in a position to buy a new printer today, so I wish it would last long enough to print, say, at least 1 ream of paper before giving up the ghost, (is that too much to expect???.) Printers these days seem to have been designed to be disposable, but Epson seems to have optimally monetized the rock-bottom of the market by providing something that doesn't work minutes after delivery. I don't usually review things unless I think the feedback is useful. This thing has *inspired* me tonight to send a message to save even 1 person from such a miserable waste of time and money.

Order came extremely late. Box torn open, printer not in box. Had to find it. Printer was not working. Tried to return it and Amazon lost the return and would not refund.

This printer connected to my wi-fi very quickly , after that I had some trouble with the actual printer settings so i contacted Epson customer care and the young lady was able to quickly walk me through the things i was having trouble with ,mainly the print quality, I am most impressed with the two sided printing I will save a lot of money just on paper. Thanks Epson I am a happy customer.

The LCD screen is very small (about the size of a smartwatch screen). This makes it hard to read when you have poor vision. Set-up for printing was fine, it works great for printing from my phone. Setting up scanning was a bit of a trial.

The product came on time. Brand new. The set up was relatively easy. We had no problems at all. We can send printing instructions from our cellphones or laptop. It connected perfectly to the WIFI. I recommend this products. It came with the ink bottles. The black bottle is just slightly bigger than the other colors. They are enough to fill up the tanks. Awesome product.

I used Hippoo inks from new and after a few minor leaks, got great prints which came out perfectly on mugs. So, if you were wondering, yay! I too the chance! It worked great!

I’m very frustrated with this product. I can’t get it to work on wifi won’t set up keep putting password in and nothing is happening took 3 hours to set up in first place and now I can’t get it to print anything!
