This is a replacement to another brand that came damaged. I haven't used it yet but at least it's in one piece. Looks solid and well made.

Either I have a defective opener, or it is low quality. This opener stopped working after the first use. The second time I went to open a bottle the corkscrew wouldn't work properly. It kept spinning instead of holding still to pull the cork out. I have tried to fix it and cannot get it to work properly.

The foil cutter works great. I've set the bottle opener aside because it pushes the cork down into the bottle! It may be that the cork screw is not sharp, I didn't change to the spare that came with it. I had an old Rabbit that works fine and am using it.

The opener failed after opening less than 50 bottles.

Worked very well. Befor it broke. Dont let the name of this product mislead you. It's not Rabbit brand. Just a cheap Chinese knock-off that is plagerizing the name.
