It's better than a steel idli plates, put in the microwave for 7 minutes and u have nice soft idlys

Somewhat disappointed on the product
When used top shelf idli got cooked medium shelf slightly not cooked and last shelf not cooked at all. In microwave top shelf gets done first and it seems proper steaming not done in each shelf for idli...so ok ok product... somewhat disappointed
