Mobile Wallet, Weatherproof Nylon Fabric, Connects to Mobile Cases, MagSafe Compatible, for iPhone, Samsung and Google Pixel Phones

I like this mag-compatible wallet a lot more than I thought I would. I dont use it to be a wallet that I always have on my phone, but on the occasions that I just want my phone and wallet with me, it's very convenient to be able to slap it on the bag and be good to go. What I especially like about this wallet is how it holds just the cards I want to bring with me without being bulky. I don't like to carry alot in my wallet to begin with, but I can easily fit 4-5 cards with a bill or two in it and it's not a bulky thing hanging off my phone. I have actually switched from my regular wallet to this wallet because it is versatile and can double as a regular wallet and goes into pockets or bags super easy and this way I don't have to worry about switching my cards over between wallets if I want to slap it on my phone. The pull tag for pulling the cards out to grab the one you one is an under rated feature that more wallets show incorporate. Very useful and convinient. The magnet strength is fine, but there are definitely strong magnets out there. It will move around on your phone a bit, but still stays on pretty securely. The flap that goes over the cards has a magnet in it that is also decent, but could be stronger. It's just a little too easy to flip open in my opinion. That being said, your cards will not just fall out if the flap comes open. Overall, very happy with the the wallet and think it's a very decent value for the money you spend on it. I don't think it's for everyone, but those who are looking for a wallet for my reasons like I listed above will appreciate this wallet. UPDATE (June 2026) I stumbled on my old review and was surprised to see I had only rated it 4 stars so I had to come back to update it. This is by far my favorite wallet I have ever owned. The magnet strength is actually great (I think I had a phone case that wasn't very compatible at the time) and the magnet on the flap that covers the cards is plenty strong. Love this wallet and I will probably never get another one (unless they come out with more colors). I will say it's a little pricey, but I have no regrets with this wallet for my daily use. It's a fantastic wallet for minimum carriers like myself.

I like the idea of a phone wallet. I can carry less. The problem I had with previous wallets is how they function. I had to dig to get cards out, limited storage, and the magnet were not very strong. Peak design wallet solved all of those issues! The magnet is superior to the other wallets I tried. The texture feels nice to hold and the dark color looks modern. The case and wallet match and pair well together. I was worried it would get dirty but with the dark color it has held up well. I love the sleeve for the wallet. You life the flap and pull and it lifts the cards up without having to dig them out. I store a few cards and cash easy.

I have tried a few MagSafe wallets over the years and the Peak Design Slim Wallet is the best one I have come across for day-to-day carry. The build quality is immediately obvious - the weatherproof nylon feels durable and looks great, and after regular use it still looks essentially new. The card pull tab is the feature that really sets this apart. Rather than pushing cards up from the bottom like most wallets, you lift the magnetic flap and the cards fan up cleanly. It is a small thing but makes a real difference when you are trying to grab a specific card quickly. It comfortably holds 4-5 cards plus a folded bill without getting bulky. One thing worth knowing going in - the MagSafe hold is best when paired with a Peak Design phone case. On my iPhone 17 Pro Max with a Peak Design case the connection feels solid. If you are using a third-party case, the magnetic hold is noticeably weaker, so just keep that in mind. Overall though, as a slim wallet you can use on or off the phone, this is a well-designed product that is clearly built to last.

I have gone through many phone wallets in my day, but I was final sick of wasting money on cheap products that would end up in a landfill, so I decided to invest in this product. It is a bit pricey for my budget but I was swayed to buy it because the product have a lifetime warranty. If it does break I can replace it at no cost, but after owning it for six months I don’t think that time is coming soon! This little wallet still looks as good as it did the day I received it. The fabric is still clean looking without stretching despite me holding 6-7 cards in it at a time 😩. The card pullout mechanism still works well. The only downside I have found is that the wallet does slide around if you don’t have one of those special q-ring magnets in your phone case. Not the products fault though because the description explicitly recommends their phone case which has one. I plan to purchase one soon because this product is perfect and worth the money!

Its made of a nice and durable type material, and holds more cards than all the other MagSafe wallets. But the magnet isn’t strong enough. I took a chance even though the reviews were mixed on the magnet. There’s just no way that the reviewers that said the magnet strength is good have tried other options. The strength on a pop socket MagSafe wallet has easily 2x the holding strength. I tested the peak design wallet with two different MagSafe compatible cases. An otterbox vue series, and an otterbox XT case. It held better on the XT case but not by much. You could give it a good sideways shake with the vue case and it would slip off. On the XT case, it didn’t shake off, but any light bump to the side of the wallet, it would fall off pretty easily. It’s was the same on both cases. The reason I wanted to try something different than the pop socket wallet was because I don’t really want the pop socket on the back, and to hold a few more cards. But it’s the only one I’ve tried that has a magnet strong enough for me to trust using. It takes a decent amount of force to pull it off much less be able to shake it off. It takes a really hard fall onto the ground or a hard surface before it can knock the wallet off. Hard enough to know you dropped it and even possibly crack your screen protector. To sum it up, the thing holds your ID and credit cards. That’s nothing to take a chance on because you like the style or utility of it. And at $50, they could have invested in stronger magnets. So no matter how nice the wallet is, or what features it has, if a MagSafe wallet doesn’t have a strong magnet, it’s pretty much useless.

I almost gave this one star, because my expectations were high for this legit and well respected brand, and they missed on everything I expected. But I guess 1 star should just be for true cheap pieces of junk, I bumped this up to a 2. There are several areas where this fell well short of expectations: -Material and grip -Secure MagSafe connection -Functionality of the wallet First of all, these items are covered in an apparently eco friendly fabric that is about as slick as I’ve ever felt on a case. Even the rubberized sides of the phone case offer little or no friction for a secure grip in the hand. However, the fabric of the back of the case and the back of the wallet are particularly problematic in that there is little to no friction between the two. It is very easy to inadvertently slide the wallet right off the case. That brings me to point number 2, the security of the MagSafe attachment. This brand claims the connection is “like magic”. I have to say, it’s one of the worst I’ve tested. It’s especially disappointing because, if you look at the case, there is a small square cutout in it. I thought there would be a similar square shape on the wallet to help them snap securely together. There is not. I feel this is a huge miss. If you’re looking for something like that, check out Speck and their ClickLock items. Just know the wallet is limited in capacity and design, and can be hard to pull out your cards. Lastly is the functionality of the wallet. In theory, it seems great. Large capacity, neat magnetic closure, and clever pull feature to easily pull out all of your cards. In practice, putting the cards back in is a problem. You have to push pretty hard to slide everything back into the wallet, which wouldn’t be a problem if not for the 2 issues discussed above. Just the act of putting your cards back in your wallet will dislodge the wallet from the phone.

I’ve been looking at this Peak Design magSafe wallet for quite some time now. I finally broke down and bought it. It has such a clever design. It’s very easy to remove and replace your credit cards. The magnets enclosing the credit cards, as well as the magnet that attaches the wallet to your phone are really very strong. It takes some work to pry it off the back of my iPhone. The only flaw is it moves around on the back of the phone and can easily slip off despite the strength of the magnets. That is a flaw that makes it a no go for me. I love the material it’s made of, but if Peak Designs put some kind of anti-skid layer where it attaches to the phone it would be the absolute perfect MagSafe phone wallet. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to return it.😞

I've had this wallet for about 6 months. It's perfect . The minimalist design is easy to carry around. It has enough room for your essentials without being cumbersome. Credit card, debit card, an ID or two and a couple bills are all you need. It's slim and light weight . With the accompanying phone case, the magnet is Rock solid. I've never had an issue with the wallet decoupling from the phone when retrieving or placing it in my pocket. The magnetic cover flap is ingenious . Many other open access wallets have a tendency of letting cards fall out. This is ultra secure. The flap ensures you never have to worry about a thing. Peace of mind is priceless. The cover flap doubles as a card pull device. Lift the flap and your cards come up in a cascade like fashion, making access simple. There is a slight learning curve to it, but once you get the hang of it, works perfectly The material is space age. After months of day to day abuse, the wallet looks like new. It's impervious to stains, and water. Seems tear proof. It's a wallet that would easily survive an apocalypse. Honestly, this is the best wallet I've ever had. I love it so much I came back here many months later to sing it's praise. It may not be the cheapest wallet, but it will be the last wallet you ever need to buy.

Peak Design always makes great designs, I have their bags for work, and this little card wallet works really well. Most importantly: it carries more than 3, and getting the cards out is really easy

The magnets are really strong but don't at all interfere with key cards or credit cards working when you want to swipe them without taking them out which is really handy for me. Granted, not the most secure way to go if you're travelling. But in a safe environment it's so perfect. If I was worried about the safety aspect I would bump it down to a 4 star but honestly not an issue for my personal use case. Like I said, really strong magnets so it won't fall off. It's easy to access your cards or cash quickly and there's no way for them to just fall out. Really solid product from Peak Design here. If you have the phone case this is a no brainer.

I don't think there's a better, lighter, more durable and thiner card wallet with magsafe around. I carry a bunch of cards (credit and debit cards, driving license and ID card), some banknotes and, sometimes, even a few coins in it. A strong magnet keeps it 'glued' to the back of my iPhone 12 mini.

I bought the slim wallet + the peak design phone case. Brilliant!!! It is a bit dear but the quality of the product is first class and fully justified. You can tell the material on the phone cover is very durable and the magnet is very strong. Great product - now looking to purchase the bike magnet!
