購入してから１年が経ちレビュー遅くなりました。これまでの感想ですオススメの使い方とは違うと思いますが・・※体型痩せ型で太腿に隙間ができます※ 仰向けに寝る時、太腿の隙間に挟んで寝ると、脚が安定して良いです。脚が安定すると、腰も安定、反り腰の為、膝を立てる癖もありますが、大丈夫です。膝下に三角クッションを使う時ありますが、その時の身体の状態で使い方を工夫しています。私には、とても役に立っています(^^)
