Do the handles get hot or are they heat-resistant?

Our stay-cool handles are designed specifically to be heat-resistant. However, shorter handles that are closer to the heat will heat up more quickly. So please use caution. And always use oven mitts when removing cookware out of the oven.

Is HexClad Hybrid Cookware oven-safe?

Yes. Our cookware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and our tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Can I use HexClad Hybrid Cookware on any type of cooktop?

You can use HexClad Hybrid Cookware on virtually all household stove tops including gas, electric, glass, and induction cooktops.

Can I use metal-utensils with HexClad Hybrid Cookware?

Yes, HexClad Cookware is metal utensil safe such as metal spatulas and whisks.

Top quality for great cooking

Delighted with my pan, beautifully packaged as usual. Used for soup just yesterday, the pan keeps really warm once my induction hob is switched off, so great for oven to table things too. Good size for roasts, soup, stews or pasta. Very light even when full of soup and so easy to clean. These pans are expensive but hard to beat for quality, style and durability. I bought some trendy Californian pots at Christmas which take forever to heat, complete waste of money compared to Hexclad.

Amazingly easy to clean

Another fabulous pan from Hexclad. I have a full set of the frying pans and love the amazing ease of cleaning -- just a quick rinse and wipe does the job. They heat swiftly and evenly and nothing sticks. I use this little saucepan for morning porridge. They are pricey but worth it. I'm saving up for more!

What is says it does.

The very day I received this item I was surprised by the quality, it carried a good weight, the food does not stick, it looks great on my stove and the size is perfect for my family. It is now my go to pan for almost everything I cook.It is a bit pricey but, it value for money. However I got mine in the sale. So happy!

New coating and now non stick

First and foremost my first order didn’t arrive thanks to Royal Mail, now down to this review, this is my second purchase of this size pan, the first was a year ago which was absolute rubbish like the others which I’ve replaced due to the coating coming off. The new ones have a new coating and are brilliant and yes eggs don’t stick, these new ones are well worth it

Expensive but worth it!

Best pans I've ever bought. Great heat dissipation, tough, heavy but still manageable on a stove top for a quick shake when required. Remains to be seen if they outlast me ;p

These HEX pans are over priced and NOT non-stick. Terrible pan, DO NOT BUY.I've had it a month and it has slowly got worse, even when using lots of oil.Do not buy.
